EB U.S. 54 Bridge over West St.

Lane closures on EB U.S. 54 (W. Kellogg) from Dugan to West St. for repairs on the bridge expansion joints. Night work, Sundays -- Thursdays, 7 pm -- 6 am. Reduced speed.

• Work on the left lane has been completed -- expect the right lane (7pm) then the center lane (8pm) to be closed until 6am.

25th St. Bridge over I-235

Concrete patching and other repairs are scheduled to begin in early June. On northbound I-235, the right lane will be closed, ramps will remain open and the speed will be reduced to 55 mph on NB I-235. On SB I-235, the two ramps at 25th St. will be closed because the entire bridge will close so there will be no access over the bridge, west to east.

K-96 from I-135 to Greenwich Rd.

Concrete pavement patching on westbound K-96 continues. Night work on Sundays -- Thursday, 6 pm -- 6 am.

• Monday (5/6) & Tuesday (5/7) the WB K-96 Ramp to SB I-135 will be CLOSED 9pm -- 6am.

U.S. 81 from 59th St. S. to 71st St. S.

Pavement patching, sealing, grinding and striping. Should be completed by May.

• Lane closures for striping.

K-15 from 31st St. S. to Derby

Pavement markings (striping, skip lines, arrows and stop bars) will be applied at night and should be finished by June 28.

• Lane closures possible, 7 pm -- 5 am.

13th St. Ramps at I-235

Project has begun at 13th St. and Windmill Rd. Early project work includes water and sewer line relocations along 13th St. west of the Big Ditch.

• Single lane traffic for ~900' of Windmill Road and 13th St. from Windmill Rd. to west of the Sedgwick Co. Park entrance. This will continue through the summer & fall.
• Concrete barrier has been placed on southbound and northbound I-235 from Central Ave to Zoo Blvd. Two lanes of SB traffic will be maintained but at reduced speeds (50 mph).

K-96 from I-135 to Greenwich Road

Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) expansion includes the installation of seven cameras and eight traffic sensors.

• Little or no impact to traffic.

I-135 bridges north of 61st St. N.

Repairs to the steel girders under the bridges.

• Little or no impact to traffic.
