As of the January 2013 Letting, KDOT no longer provides printed plans.

Beginning with the June 2013 Letting, all bids must be submitted online through Bid Express.
KDOT will not accept electronically prepared paper proposals (bids on a disk or a flash drive)
or paper bid bonds after the May 2013 letting.
