What is meant by "daylight hours"?

"Daylight hours" means that span of time between one-half hour before sunrise and one-half hour after sunset.

May I haul oversize loads at night?

No

Overdimensional (oversize) loads may only be hauled during "daylight hours." A combination that is overweight only may operate during nighttime hours provided a special permit is obtained to authorize the movement.
