Hay Bale Information

Fee: $125.00 - which allows use of the interstate for 1 year
$25.00 -which allows use of the US/K routes but not the interstate for 5 years.

The annual hay-bale permit gives movers the ability to move bales of hay 365 days per year during daylight hours. Contact the Kansas Trucking Connection at 785-271-3145 to request a copy of the “Hay Bale Application” or to obtain other permit information.

To secure an annual permit, you should complete the hay bale – annual application for each truck or truck-tractor, then fax the completed application to 785-271-3145.

The permit fee can be paid for in one of three ways:
