Driver of vehicle 2, female age 24 died on 12/30/08 in Kiowa Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and collided with vehicle 2 on the south shoulder of highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 12/30/08 in Butler Co as a result of driver 1 suffering a medical problem which caused vehicle 1 to leave the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 49 died on 12/30/08 in Finney Co as a result of pedestrian walking westbound in the westbound lanes of highway. Vehicle 1 approached from behind striking pedestrian.

Pedestrian, male age 4 died on 12/30/08 in Grant Co as a result of 4 year old riding a bicycle eastbound at the intersection of two streets. Child attempted to cross the street and was struck by vehicle (semi).

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 72,
Driver of vehicle 2, male age 25 died on 12/26/08 in Cheyenne Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the driver's side. Vehicles 1 and 2 came to rest in the north ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 12/24/08 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound and gradually going off the roadway. Driver lost control of the vehicle and vehicle rolled several times before coming to rest on its roof in the median. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 12/23/08 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway, lost control due to ice, left the highway and struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 15 died on 12/23/08 in Lane Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, failed to stop at stop sign at junction with highway and impacted south ditch and overturned, came to rest on passenger side facing northeast and fatality victim partially ejected, vehicle landed on subject. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 44 died on 12/23/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. The road was extremely icy and driver lost control and rolled the vehicle. Vehicle came to rest on its top in a field on the west side of street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 3, male age 14 died on 12/20/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway striking vehicle 2 and pedestrian. Vehicle 2 was a disabled vehicle being pushed northbound on highway.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 48 died on 12/19/08 in Kingman Co as a result of vehicle 1 which was northbound on street when driver lost control, overcorrected, and rolled one time in the ditch. Both driver and passenger were ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 33,
Driver of vehicle 2, male age 44 died on 12/19/08 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went across the center line and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 20 died on 12/19/08 in Wabaunsee Co as a result of pedestrian attempting to put fuel in his vehicle on the shoulder when he was struck by vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 also struck vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 12/14/08 in Bourbon Co as a result vehicle 1 northbound on street, driver lost control, drove off the east side of the roadway, overturned numerous times, ejecting the driver and passenger and coming to rest in the east dtich. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 12/13/08 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Vehicle 1 failed to stop for the stop sign at highway, crossed the highway, and struck a stone wall fatality injuring driver. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 62 died on 12/11/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Both vehicles were in the construction zone. Vehicle 1 went into the eastbound lane and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 80 died on 12/10/08 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, lost control on the ice and rolled into the west ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 12/10/08 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. For unknown reason, vehicle 1 crossed the median. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 on the passenger side. Both vehicles came to rest west bound on highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 84 died on 12/9/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 sliding on snow and hit guardrail.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 19 died on 12/8/08 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway when driver lost control, going off the south edge of the roadway. The vehicle rolled several times and came to rest on the passenger side. The driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 90 died on 12/8/08 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield right of way and was struck in the driver's side door by the front end of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 19 died on 12/8/08 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway when driver lost control, going off the south edge of the roadway. The vehicle rolled several times and came to rest on the passenger side, the driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 72 died on 12/7/08 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road when struck in driver's side of vehicle. Vehicle 2 was southboung on street when vehicles met in the middle of the intersection. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 12/6/08 in Clark Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control and went into the south ditch. Vehicle 1 then rolled, ejected the driver and caused fatal injuries. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 12/5/08 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road when it left the highway and entered the east ditch. The driver over corrected, returned to the highway before entering the east ditch for a second time where the vehicle rolled several times. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 12/2/08 in Clay Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, struck a deer in northbound lanes, went left of center and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 53 died on 12/1/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control on icy bridge, swerved sideways into the eastbound lane and was struck by vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 34 died on 12/1/08 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control on the icy bridge, struck the guardrail and overturned in the roadway. After overturning, the vehicle caught fire, ended upside down in the roadway and totally burned. All three occupants were ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 12 died on 12/1/08 in Bourbon Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway in the inside lane. Vehicle lost control and entered the outside lane. The vehicle over-corrected and went across the inside lane of the southbound traffic. Vehicle 1 then struck the southbound shoulder curb on the passenger side went airborne, landed, and rolled numerous times. The vehicle came to rest on street facing south. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 11/25/08 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on an unmarked road when driver 1 lost control and vaulted into a ditch. Vehicle 1 caught fire and driver 1 was partially ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 44 died on 11/29/08 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Driver failed to stop at the street stop sign and went through the intersection. Vehicle 1 left the roadway, entered the ditch and came to rest in a field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 11/29/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 leaving the roadway and struck tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, female, age 82 died on 11/29/08 in Trego Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on street. Driver 1 failed to see pedestrian until just prior to impact.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 11/29/08 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound when it left the roadway on the east side. It came back onto the roadway sideways and rolled. Vehicle 1 hit head-on into west ditch and driver was ejected. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its side facing east. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 66 died on 11/26/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street approaching cross street. Vehicle 2 was northbound on street and turning west onto cross street. Vehicle 2 turned in front of vehicle 1 and vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Eye protection was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 50 died on 11/24/08 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound in the northbound lanes while vehicle 2 was northbound in the northbound lanes. Vehicle 2 tried to swerve to miss vehicle 1, vehicles struck head-on in center of highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 11/23/08 in Ottawa Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road when for unknown reason vehicle swerved to the right and struck a concrete bridge structure. Vehicle came to rest on its passenger side under the bridge. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 26,
Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 11/23/08 in Chase Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling north from private field. Vehicle 2 (train) was traveling eastbound on railroad tracks. Vehicle 1, pulling trailer, approached private railroad crossing marked with stop sign and railroad crossing indicator, signing it a private crossing with crossbucks and no tresspassing information. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at sign causing vehicle 2 to impact vehicle 1 on the driver's side. Upon point of impact vehicle 1's trailer broke from the vehicle traveling 69' to the east and came to rest on the south side of the tracks. Vehicle 1, was thrown approx. 63' to the east and began to roll, ejecting both driver and passenger from the vehicle. Vehicle 1 continued to roll for an additional 93' and came to rest on it's tires on the north side of tracks. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 66 died on 11/21/08 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway overtaking vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 swerved to the left to avoid vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 developed a flat tire on the right front, causing vehicle 1 to swerve into the rear left area of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 then swerved and lost control, rolling into the center median. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 14 died on 11/19/08 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 serving to miss vehicle 3 (combine) and left the roadway. Vehicle 1 then swerved back onto the road striking vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 72 died on 11/19/08 in Hodgeman Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was northbound on highway. Vehicles collided head on in the northbound lane. Vehicle 1 came to rest facing west in the northbound lane. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the east ditch facing south-southwest. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 11/16/08 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway on the inside lane, passenger kicked vehicle into park causing the back wheels to lock. Vehicle 1 lost control and spun into the ditch and rolled. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 44 died on 11/15/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 being pursued heading eastbound on street and vehicle 2 southbound on street, when vehicle 2 struck vehicle 2 in the intersection. Vehicle 1 driver used safety restraint, occupant of vehicle 2 used safety restraint.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 44 died on 11/15/08 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Driver drove off the right side of the roadway and over-corrected losing control of the vehicle. Vehicle 1 then left the east side of the roadway and overturned at least one time coing to rest on its wheels. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 76 died on 11/13/08 in Harvey Co as a result of walking north on the street in the middle of the northbound lane of traffic. Vehicle 2 was northbound and struck pedestrian 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 42 died on 11/8/08 in Morris Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 ran a stop sign at the highway at the intersection. Vehicle 1 continued to cross highway entering the ditch and striking a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 92 died on 11/4/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road and vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 46,
Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 41, died on 11/3/08 on Dickinson Co as a result of vehicle northbound on highway. Vehicle went off pavement on shoulder, driver over corrected to the left. Vehicle then crossed center line and driver overcorrected again. Vehicle then entered east ditch where it overturned and rolled several times ejecting one of the passengers. Safety restraint was used by occupant 2, safety restraint was not used by occupant 3.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 40 died on 11/2/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound and left the road in the south ditch. vehicle hit a culvert causing it to go airborne, hit a power pole and landed on it's top. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 15 died on 11/1/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway when driver 1, for unknown reason, went left of center across both eastbound lanes fo traffic into the south ditch. Driver 1 then overcorrected back onto the highway, overcorrected again into the south ditch, and rolled the vehicle. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its top, partially ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 11/1/08 in Scott Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle left roadway, hit a guardrail on the east side of road, went left of center and hit guardrail on west side of road. Vehicle overturned over the guardrail and rolled 4 times. Vehicle came to rest on all fours facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 11/1/08 in Chautauqua Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on road, lost control of vehicle, slid into east side of ditch hitting a tree and overturned vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 10/30/08 in Chase Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drifted into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 then hit head on. Vehicle 1 came to rest on the bridge. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the north ditch east of the impact location. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 46 died on 10/30/08 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 2 traveling southbound on highway with vehicle 1 following. Vehicle 1 struck the rear of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 17 died on 10/30/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 2 was westbound on street, attempting to turn left to southbound street. Vehicle 2 made the turn and was struck by vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 23 died on 10/29/08 in Bourbon Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on road, approaching an intersection. Dust from the gravel road prevented vehicle 1 from seeing intersection. Vehicle 1 lost control and struck a tree on the northeast corner of intersection. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 67 died on 10/29/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) westbound on highway when pedestrian, on a bicycle, crossed from the gore towards the north shoulder and was struck by vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 10/28/08 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 1 struck and drove onto the west curb. Vehicle 1 then crossed over to the northbound traffic lanes and over the eastbound curb into the ditch. Vehicle 1 overturned several times. Driver was ejected from vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 88 died on 10/27/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Driver 2 was eastbound exiting a private drive, turning left onto road and failed to yield right-of-way. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2, causing vehicle 2 to overturn in roadway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59,
Driver of vehicle 2, male age 51 died on 10/25/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 went left of center and struck vehicle 1 head on. Both vehicles caught fire. Safety restraint was used in vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 76 died on 10/24/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 (bus) northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 pulled out of driveway to turn south. Vehicle 2 pulled out in front of vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 10/23/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway attempting to pass another vehicle and vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2, which was westbound on highway. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 10/23/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 2 was making a left hand turn onto street from parking lot. Vehicle 2 failed to yield to vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 then struck vehicle 3 who was eastbound. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (semi), male age 51 died on 10/22/08 in Pawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) eastbound on highway and vehicle 2 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 head on, on the north shoulder. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the north ditch facing north. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the north ditch facing south. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 51 died on 10/20/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 went off the roadway, lost control, and struck vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 16 died on 10/18/08 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway which crossed the centerline. Vehicle 2 tried to avoid the crash by going off the roadway. Vehicle 1 hit vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 10/18/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street turning east onto street. Vehicle 1 ran the red light and struck vehicle 2 in the intersection. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 55 died on 10/17/08 in Douglas Co as a result of crossing highway from the east to the west, south of the intersection and was struck by a southbound traveling motorcycle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 10/17/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control of vehicle and slid sideways in the eastbound lanes and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 10/13/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street rear ended vehicle 2's trailer, which was parked unattended in the northbound lane of street. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 46 died on 10/13/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on the road. Vehicle 1 went off of the road and struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 10/12/08 in Pawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on road when vehicle's passenger side tires went off onto the west shoulder. Driver 1 overcorrected and went into the east ditch rolling approximately three times coming to rest on it's top. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 7 died on 10/11/08 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle northbound in the passing lane on highway when the vehicle left the roadway, driver overcorrected and came back on the roadway and rolled. The vehicle came to rest in the median. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 50 died on 10/10/08 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway when the vehicle's right side tires dipped onto the south shoulder on the eastbound side. The driver over-corrected to the left, then over-corrected to the right. The vehicle went into a flta spin, exited the roadway and into the east ditch, rolled over ejecting driver and 2 of the passengers who were in the bed of the pickup. The vehicle came to rest on its passenger side facing north in the ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 56 died on 10/10/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west on street. Vehicle 2 was traveling south on road. Vehicle 2 failed to stop at stop sign. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 10/10/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road at a high rate of speed east of intersection. Vehicle 2 was northbound from the stop sign at street in the intersection of road. In result, vehicle 1 crashed into passenger side of vehicle 2 while in the west bound lane of the intersection. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), female age 64 died on 10/9/08 in Marshall Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was making a left hand turn from highway into private drive. Vehicle 1 hit vehicle 2 on the passenger's side. Driver and passenger of vehicle 1 were ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 10/8/08 in Dickinson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, the right tires of vehicle dropped off right side of roadway. The driver over-corrected in attempting to regain control of the vehicle. Vehicle entered the south ditch and hit an embankment. Vehicle overturned one time ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 10/6/08 in Phillips Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control and went left of center striking vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 1 ended up facing west in the eastbound lanes and vehicle 2 ended up facing west in the north ditch of the westbound lanes. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 72 died on 10/6/08 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1, for an unknown reason, went left of center, striking the back end of the trailer pulled by vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the north ditch. Vehice 2 came to rest on the south shoulder.

Driver of vehicle 1 (forklift), male age 44 died on 10/6/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road, went towad the center of the road and then turned back east and hit the ditch causing the forklift to turn over on its right side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 36 died on 10/5/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street changing lanes to go around another vehicle and lost control. Vehicle 1 struck curb, guard rail and spun back into roadway. Driver 1 was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 60 died on 10/5/08 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Deer came out of the west ditch and the driver could not avoid striking the deer and the bike slid on it's side. Driver was not wearing a helmet.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 3 died on 10/4/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 stalled on the ralway tracks as it was attempting to cross to the southeast. The train was traveling southwestbound. Booster seat restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 46 died on 10/4/08 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound traveling eastbound following the roadway. Vehicle 2 was westbound attempting to make a lefthand turn. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Safety equipment was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 10/4/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 2 westbound on street and crossed the double-hellow centerline. Vehicle 1 was going east on street. Vehicle 2 collided with vehicle 1, head-on, in the eastbound lane.

Pedestrian 1, male age 11 died on 10/3/08 in Ford Co as a result of driver 1 driving a water truck watering a track. The pedestrian was riding on the back of the water truck when the driver stopped the vehicle. The pedestrian jumped off the back of the truck, tripped and fell when the driver began backing up the truck and ran over the pedestrian.

Pedestrian 1, male age 46 died on 10/3/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle southbound on highway in outside lane. Pedestrian was crossing highway for unknown reason and was struck by the vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 10/1/08 in Dickinson Co as a result of law enforcement initiating a traffic stop and vehicle 1 fled the scene heading eastbound on street going at excessive speeds. Vehicle 1 turned onto another street going southbound and increased speed. Driver 1 lost control of the vehicle and vehicle 1 came to rest against a building off the roadway. Vehicle 2 was in the process of passing vehicle 1 when the vehicles collided. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the southwest ditch. Vehicle 1 overturned, trapping driver and came to rest in the intersection of highway and road. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 46 died on 8/20/08 in Mead Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway and struck a deer. After striking the deer the vehicle became inoperatle and came to rest in the westbound lane of highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway and struck the left front portion of vehicle 1 and entered into the westbound ditch and rolled partially ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (mini-motorcycle), male age 22 died on 8/15/08 in Chautauqua Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Driver left roadway and attempted to cut across park grounds, when driver struck a cable and was ejected off motorcycle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 8/15/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and drove into the east bound lane where it struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 15 died on 8/14/08 in Chase Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road at a high rate of speed. Vehicle 1 came to a wye in the roadway at a high rate of speed turning left at the wye, lost control striking a sign post and an aluminum trap. Vehicle 1 then impacted the ditch and began to roll four times, striking a utility pole and coming to rest on its top. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 67 died on 8/13/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound and vehicle 2 southbound. Vehicle 1 came around curve and drifted into vehicle 2's lane. Both drivers attempted avoidance manuever, but vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the left front tire. Driver of vehicle 1 was ejected from vehicle 1 and struck a sign post and then a wooden fence. Helmet and eye protection was worn.

Fatality on 7/31/08 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, vehicle 2 went off the right shoulder, came back on the road, overcorrected, went off the south shoulder and overturned.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 7/30/08 in Scott Co as a result of a deer that was hit by another vehicle which propelled into the windshield of vehicle 1 that was westbound on highway. The deer went completely through vehicle 1 and out the back window. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and went into the ditch. The passenger steered vehicle 1 back onto the roadway and brought it to a stop in the westbound lane. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 92 died on 7/26/08 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, left the road due to a medical condition, struck a delineator post and came to rest in the eastbound ditch by exit ramp. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 74 died on 7/25/08 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 drifted left of center and vehicle 2 made an evasive maneuver towards the eastbound ditch. The vehicles then collided head-on the eastbound shoulder of the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 56 died on 7/25/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of 3 vehicles eastbound on highway. Vehicle 3 was slowing down to make a turn onto road. Vehicle 2 slowed down to avoid contact with vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 began to slow down, the driver lost control and rolled into the ditch.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 50 died on 7/11/08 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and went off the shoulder. Driver over-corrected and vehicle came back onto the highway then rolled, coming to rest on its side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 36 died on 7/10/08 in Elk Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. For unknown reason drove off onto the shoulder, struck the guardrail, continued eastbound airborne across the creek and struck the east side concrete embankment. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 78 died on 7/10/08 in Woodson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed into the eastbound lanes and struck vehicle 2. Both vehicles came to rest on their wheels in the north ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 51 died on 7/9/08 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road and failed to yield for stop sign. Vehicle 2 was northbound on road. Vehicle 1 stayed northbound in the southbound lane; vehicle 2 (semi w/double trailer) southbound, rounded the bridge. Both vehicles collided in the southbound lanes head-on.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 58 died on 6/5/08 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 (motorcycle) eastbound on street when an object flew up into driver's face. The object caused driver 1 to lose control, entered the south ditch, and the vehicle rolled. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 80 died on 6/4/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle eastbound, striking vehicle 2 which was turning south from west bound. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 5/31/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the westbound lanes of traffic and entered the ditch. Vehicle 1 struck two separate trees and came to rest in the westbound ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 36 died on 5/31/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street and vehicle 2 westbound on street. Driver 1 failed to stop at the stop sign (at the intersection) and struck the passenger side of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 rolled 2.5 times coming to rest on its top in the roadway. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 34 died on 5/31/08 in Gray Co as a result of vehicles 1 and 3 (semi) westbound on highway, vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 attempted to pass vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 and then struck vehicle 3. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 5/31/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it left the roadway to the west and struck a utility pole. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 5/30/08 in Comanche Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control of the vehicle. After losing control driver over-corrected causing the vehicle to slide into the road ditch. The vehicle apparently slid backwards in the ditch. The vehicle then rolled at least one and a half times. The driver was ejected from the vehicle. Vehicle came to rest on it's top in the ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 5/30/08 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Driver 1 failed to stop or slow at the stop sign. At the same time a tractor trailer was traveling westbound on road. The traffic on this road was thru traffic. Driver 1 ran into the side of the tractor trailer and driver 1 was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 5/29/08 in Reno County as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it lost control and turned toward the west side of a bridge. Vehicle 1 went over bridge, landing upside down in water. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 5/25/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving north on street and struck a curb and struck a curb and vehicle.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 46 died on 5/24/08 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound when it left the roadway on the south side of the road. Vehicle 1 then became airborne, cleared a gate, a creek, and impacted the west of the creek bed.

Driver of vehicle, male age 24 died on 5/23/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway, left the roadway for unknown reason and struck a tree head-on. Safety restraint was used.

For unknown reason, vehicle entered the left ditch, struck a field entrance and overturned. Vehicle landed on it's top. Passenger was partiallyl ejected from the vehicle. Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 11 died on 5/18/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on road. After crossing railroad tracks on an incline and going airborne, driver lost control and left the roadway. Vehicle 1 flipped onto its roof, coming to rest upside down and striking a house. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 5/17/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it left the roadway to the east. It struck a culvert becoming airborne and rolled, ejecting the driver and coming to rest several feet from the culvert. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 67 died on 5/8/08 in Marshall Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) southbound on highway when it left the west side of the roadway and hit a driveway culvert. Vehicle 1 continued southbound in the west ditch and caught fire. Vehicle 1 burned and was destroyed.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 3/28/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway attempting to make left turn to northbound highway ramp. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway in #1 lane, struck vehicle 1 in passenger side. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 5 of vehicle 1, female age 15 died on 3/27/08 in Grant Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at the intersection and was then struck by vehicle 2. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 65 died on 3/27/08 in Graham Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound; vehicle 2 was eastbound. Vehicle 1 lost control while topping a hill, crossed center and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 3, male age 31 died on 3/20/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 failing to stop for a posted stop sign on street and highway bypass and impacted vehicle 2 which was traveling eastbound on highway bypass. This caused vehicle 2 to go left of center and impact vehicle 3 which was traveling westbound on highway bypass. Vehicle 4 was traveling westbound and in an attempt to avoid the accident, locked up its brakes and steered the vehicle onto the north shoulder where it rolled onto its roof and came to rest facing the northwest. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 70 died on 3/17/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street attempting to cross street. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on street attempting to cross street. Vehicle 2 front end struck vehicle 1's left side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 3/17/08 in Atchison Co as a result of vehicle 1 taveling south through parking lot trafficway, when driver suffered a heart attack and struck concrete barrier.

Pedestrian, male age 29 died on 3/16/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 was traveling west on highway when pedestrian was walking north across the highway and was struck by vehicle 1.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 34 died on 3/15/08 in Decatur Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Driver lost control on gravel. Vehicle entered the north ditch and overturned ejecting everyone except one passenger. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle l, male age 36 died on 3/15/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on highway. Driver went left of center entering the south ditch striking a culvert. Vehicle went airborne causing the vehicle to roll end over end 1 complete time. Vehicle then slid and barrel rolled ejecting the driver and passenger. Vehicle came to rest in the south ditch facing west on the driver side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 3/15/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 28 died on 3/13/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of individual laying in the northbound shoulder of highway. Appeared that is was a hit and run.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 3/11/08 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway when driver lost control and vehicle went in to the north ditch where the pickup and trailer rolled. The passenger was ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 50 died on 3/9/08 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road. Driver lost control on gravel road intersection. Vehicle began to slide sideways passenger side first. Vehicle impacted a metal pipeline pole and it launched the vehicle into the air. Vehicle came to rest on passenger's side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 3/6/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it drifted off the road. Vehicle 1 struck a curb, house, and power pole before flipping onto its roof. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 73;
Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 71 died on 3/4/08 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 2 traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 appeared to stop and then accelerated. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the driver and rear passenger door causing it to spin out of control and go into a fence on the southeast side of the highway where it came to a stop. Safety restraints were used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 36 died on 3/3/08 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was westbound. Vehicle 1 crossed left of center and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 3/3/08 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, when for an unknown reason it started over-correcting. The vehicle went over the guard-rail and ended up on road. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 died on 3/2/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Driver 1 attempted to change lanes when another vehicle was in that lane, driver 1 made an evasive manouver and lost control of the vehicle. Vehicle 1 slid down the ditch and struck a light pole and several trees.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 3/1/08 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 that went off roadway traveled several feet and struck a privacy fence, telephone wire junction box, utility pole, and apartment building. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 2/29/08 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 1 then entered east ditch, traveling north in ditch, when V1 struck field entrance with culvert. Vehicle 1 then vaulted across entrance, landing on it's wheels on the other side, bursting into flames. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 22 died on 2/28/08 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street at a high rate of speed. Driver lost control of the vehicle and drove off the west shoulder. Vehicle went sideways, turned on the passenger's side and struck a tree. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 37 died on 2/28/08 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 2 (semi) eastbound on highway in the number 2 lane and vehicle 2 northbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to the right of way to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the driver's side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (semi), male age 74 died on 2/27/08 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) making a U-turn on highway at the intersection. Vehicle 2 was southbound behind vehicle 1 and struck the trailer of vehicle 1 on the driver’s side rear. Vehicle 2 entered southwest corner of intersection and rolled onto the driver’s side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 2/26/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of driver northbound on street, lost control and hit curb with rear passenger tire, causing vehicle to overturn.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 89 died on 2/26/08 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway, when for unknown reasons it drifted off the road to the west, going thru pastures and ended up in a ravine.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 47 died on 2/23/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on highway when the vehicle lost control and crossed over into the northbound lane of highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling northbound and was not able to stop before striking vehicle 1.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 2/23/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road covered with heavy snow and slush. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the passenger side.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 63 died on 2/23/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street when he lost control of the vehicle as he entered the bridge striking the east guard rail head-on causing the vehicle to roll over ejecting driver from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 32 died on 2/23/08 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. driver lost control and entered the east ditch. vehicle rolled mutiptle times (approximately 4) coming to rest on it's top facing east. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 32 died on 2/23/08 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway. Driver lost control and entered the north ditch. Vehicle rolled multiple time (approx 4) coming to rest on it's top facing north. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 2/23/08 in Republic Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on gravel road when the driver lost control. Vehicle 1 went into the north ditch, struck a power pole, overturned, ejecting both occupants. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels in the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 2/23/08 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. For an unknown reason vehicle left the roadway and folled. Vehicle struck a utility pole and came to rest on all four tires facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 2/21/08 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 found in the west ditch on the road. Driver 1 was located on the outside of vehicle 1 on the passenger side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 2/20/08 in Nemaha Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound lost control, veering southwestbound into, then p0ast the oncoming lane into embankment.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 27 died on 2/20/08 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1southbound on road. Vehicle went off the roadway and rolled numerous times. Driver had to be extracated from vehicle, and passenger was partially ejected. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 2/12/08 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road and left roadway on right shoulder. Vehicle 1 traveled several feet in ditch and struck a field drive causing it to leave the ground and overturn. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 22 died on 2/12/08 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle one was eastbound on highway. Vehicle one drove off the southside of the roadway. Overcorrected and entered the south ditch. Vehicle overturned coming to rest on the passenger side. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 40 died on 2/9/08 in Smith Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway where there was a curve in the roadway, driver entered the south ditch, overcorrected and rolled the vehicle. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 33 died on 2/9/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound in left turn lane on street and failed to yield right-of-way turning left in front of vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 22;
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 2/7/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drove off onto the east shoulder, over corrected, and drove into the southbound lanes. The right front of vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 spun from the impact and was struck in the rear by vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the east ditch facing sout west. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the west ditch facing south. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 2/4/08 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound when it hit the bridge guardrail. Vehicle 1 continued westbound and rolled. Driver was ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 2/3/08 in Chase Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, attempted to pass and hit westbound vehicle 2 head on.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 2/01/08 in Morris Co as a result of vehicle 1southbound on Dunlap Road. Vehicle 1 failed to make a turn on a curve in the roadway. Vehicle 1 entered a ditch, failed to correct and following the ditch for 100 yars. As vehicle 1 attempted to re-enter roadway, vehicle over corrected returning to the ditch and rolling 2-3/4 times. Vehicle 1 came to rest on the driver side. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 1/30/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, drove off the roadway into the east ditch, and struck a tree. Vehicle overturned and came to rest facing east on the drivers side of the vehicle.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 1/28/08 in Stevens Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 then went into the south ditch where it drove down the ditch. The vehicle then made a sharp turn back across the road, vehicle entered the north ditch where it rolled and ejected the passengers. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 72 died on 1/26/08 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 pulling a trailer southbound on highway when the vehicle hit a slick spot and lost control. Vehicle 1 went sideways into on-coming traffic. Vehicle 2 was northbound and struck vehicle 1 and the trailer. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 17 died on 1/26/08 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 2 stopped for red light. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the rear.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 17 died on 1/25/08 in Atchison Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. For an unknown reason, vehicle 1 went left of center, struck vehicle 2 head on, at which time, both vehicles became engulfed in flames.

Driver of vehicle 1 died on 1/25/08 in Wilson County.

Driver of vehicle 1, male, age 23 died on 1/24/08 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 headed westbound in the eastbound lanes on highway when he struck eastbound vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 33 died on 1/23/08 in Wyandotte Co. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 1/22/08 in Ellis Co. as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway when it entered the north ditch, struck a tree and caught on fire.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 1/21/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 that struck a stone residential development sign and then a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 14 died on 1/19/08 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound street approaching another street. Vehicle 1 lost control and entered north ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled one complete time ejecting both occupants. Vehicle 1 came to rest right side up in field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 1/9/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 2 was turning left from eastbound road to go north on road.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 54 died on 1/9/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway when it left the roadway, struck a guardrail overturned ending up on it's top in a river bed. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 1/9/08 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 2 traveling southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 1/9/08 in Morris Co as a result of vehicle 2 northbound on road and vehicle 1 was coming around the corner from the east. Driver 2 tried to voide the collision but was unable to avoid the collision. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, female age 63 died on 1/6/08 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street, turning left onto eastbound street. Vehicle 2 made the turn against a posted No Left Turn sign and was struck by vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 55 died on 1/6/08 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street and failed to yield the right of way and struck vehicle 2 which was northbound on street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 63 died on 1/5/08 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was turning left (southbound) into highway. Driver of vehicle 1 did not see or could not see that vehicle 2 was turning and struck the rear of vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 37 died on 1/2/08 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway when the driver got off the south edge of the road, lost control and came back on the roadway, over-corrected and entered the south ditch, overturning, ejected the driver. Safety restraint was not used.
