Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 3/2/10 in Sheridan Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when it left the roadway on the west side. Vehicle 1 then went through the west ditch and through a pasture fence, traveling approximately 100 yards into the pasture. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels in the pasture facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 2/27/10 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle left roadway and rolled several times coming to rest on it's top. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 51 died on 2/21/10 in Kearny Co as a result of vehicle northbound on road going approximately 55 mph, lost control on very icy curve, rolled 1.5 times, partially ejected middle seat passenger. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 57,
Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 2/20/10 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle 1, westbound on highway, slid on the ice-covered bridge. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on the same stretch of highway as vehicle 1 slid into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 hit vehicle 1 in the passenger side door. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 76 died on 2/17/10 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound in the southbound lanes on highway. Vehicle 1 side swiped vehicle 2 which was southbound in the southbound lanes of highway. Vehicle 1 then was struck by vehicle 3 who was also southbound in the southbound lanes of highway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 42 died on 2/12/10 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Vehicle 2 was southbound on road. Vehicle 1 crossed into the southbound lane for unknown reasons, hitting vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was on.

Pedestrian, male age 58 died on 2/7/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 backing out of the driveway. Vehicle 1 backed into and ran over pedestrian.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 2/3/10 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west on highway for unknown reason left roadway and entered the south ditch where vehicle 1 struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 1/29/10 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and lost control of the vehicle on the snow packed road, slid into the eastbound lane and struck vehicle 2, then hit the concrete divider. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian, male age 55 died on 1/21/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 straight following the roadway when it struck pedestrian.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 96 died on 1/20/10 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1, heading southbound on steet, crossed over raised median and collided with north side of the raised section of the roundabout at street. Safety restraint unknown.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 48 died on 1/12/10 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went into the south ditch, overcorrecting, came back onto roadway, crossing over the roadway into the north ditch, rolling the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 37 died on 2/12/10 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 entered the median and rolled several times ejecting the driver and fatality victim. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 2/11/10 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway for unknown reason and struck a bridge pillar. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 69 died on 2/10/10 in Linn Co as a result of vehicle 1 (fire truck) attempting to back vehicle 1 into the fire bay, in doing so trapped victim in between vehicle 1 and a parked vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 17 died on 2/7/10 in Wichita Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when it came around a curve. Vehicle 1 then slid on ice and the driver lost control. Vehicle 1 slid sideways through the north ditch, overturned and rolled. Vehicle came to rest on its top in a field facing northwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 2/5/10 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, when the driver went left of center for an unknown reason and struck vehicle #2 head-on, which was westbound on highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 31 died on 2/5/10 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 attempted to pass a semi and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraints were used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 2/2/10 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway when it swerved at another unknown vehicle. Vehicle 1 then lost control and overturned. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 74 died on 2/1/10 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. vehicle 1crossed the center line in a no passing zone and struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 came to a rest on highway road and highway. Vehicle 1 struck a ditch, then struck a county stop sign and interstate sign, vehicle 1 then traveled across 18th road and struck a fence and then struck a power pole. Vehicle 1 then came to rest in a pasture north of road. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 2/1/10 in Smith Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound and vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed center line and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraints were used by 2 occupants of vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used by 1 occupant of vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 77 died on 1/28/10 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 in the left front corner of the trailer. Vehicle 2 was jack-knifed and overturned coming to rest in the north ditch. Vehicle 1 came to rest in middle of the highway. Safety restraints were not used by 2 occupants and were used by 1 occupant of vehicle 1.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 84 died on 1/13/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 2 making a left turn from street to go west on street. Vehicle 1 was going east on street in the number 2 lane and struck vehicle 2 on the driver's side door. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 17 died on 1/13/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road approaching street. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on the street. Vehicle 12 failed to yield right of way to vehicle 1, crosses street in front of vehicle 1, and is struck in the driver's side rear quarter panel. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 80 died on 1/13/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 1/24/10 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 ran a red light, struck vehicle 2, went under vehicle 2's trailer and caught fire. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 1/19/10 in Miami Co as a result of vehile 1 northbound on highway at street bridge. For unknown reason, vehicle left roadway and struck the bridge pillar. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 8, died on 1/17/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on street. For unknown reasons both vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the right front passenger door. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 60 died on 1/16/10 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at stop sign, t-boning vehicle 2 in the passenger side. Vehicle 2 then crossed highway, rolling one and one-half times in the south ditch, ejecting the fatal victim and coming to rest in the field south of highway on the driver's side facing northeast. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the westbound lane of highway facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 1/16/10 in Clay Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road when the driver lost control and rolled several times in the south ditch, ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 1/12/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street, drove off east curb of roadway, crossed back over roadway into west ditch and struck several trees. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 44 died on 1/9/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on interstate approaching overpass, drove into median and struck a guardrail, spun and tumbled over guardrail and fell over the bridge. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 1/8/10 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road. Vehicle left the roadway to the north, re-entered the roadway, crossed the center lane. Vehicle continued into the south ditch rolling 2-3 times. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 71 died on 1/5/10 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1westbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the passenger side door. Vehicle 1 came to rest in a residential yard against a utility pole and fire hydrant. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the same residential yard against the house. Vehicle 2 struck the house. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 33 died (delayed) on 1/1/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street, lost control on ice, struck curb, left roadway and struck tree. Safety restraint was not used.
