Driver of vehicle 1, male age 80 died on 12/31/11 in Phillips Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway when driver 1 fell asleep and went off into the north ditch. Vehicle 1 hit a mailbox with the driver's mirror, went over a road and down into the ditch striking an embankment near a bridge then over a private drive. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 62 died on 12/31/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 2 was also southbound on road when vehicle 1 made a U-turn on the road in front of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 on the driver's side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 42 died on 12/21/11 in Clay Co as a result of driver 1 traveling eastbound on road when the vehicle went left of center and then ran off the roadway left. Vehicle 1 hit the mailbox and went airborne rolling several times and came to rest on all four wheels. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian 1, male age 53 died on 12/31/11 in Ford Co as a result of pedestrian lying in the roadway of street in the westbound lanes fo traffic. Pedestrian was run over by vehicle 2 and vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 stopped at the scene and vehicle 2 drove away from the scene.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 68 died on 12/30/11 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line and struck vehicl3 2 head-on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 92 died on 12/29/11 in Ottawa Co as a result of vehicle 2 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 pulled out onto highway from road, failing to yield. Vehicle two struck vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 20 died on 12/28/11 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving left of center striking a trailer of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 12/27/11 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 making a right hand turn to get on interstate westbound. Vehicle 1 left the roadway for unknown reason rolling once coming to rest on its side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 47 died on 12/22/11 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Roadway curves to the right and vehicle 1 left the roadway on the left side. Vehicle 2 re-entered roadway, began to skid, leaving roadway on the right side, striking a culvert marker and culvert. Driver of vehicle 1 was ejected. Vehicle 2 cme to rest in the right ditch on it's passenger side and facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 49 died on 12/21/11 in Comanche Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and lost control. Vehicle went left of center then into the ditch and rolled. Driver was thrown from the vehicle and vehicle came to rest in a pasture upright facing northeast. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 12/20/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street, lost control, struck curb and then a power pole and fence. The power pole feel across vehicles 2 and 3 that were legally parked in the driveway of street. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 52 died on 12/19/11 in Rush Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, vehicle 2 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control on ice and slid sidewats into the westbound lane. Vehicle 2 hit vehicle 1 on the passenger side of the cab. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 83 died on 12/19/11 in Johnson Co as result of vehicle 1 going eastbound on street in #1 lane. Vehicle 2 was stopped in a line of traffic facing westbound on street in #1 lane. Vehicle 1 went left off the roadway striking a raised median barrier. Vehicle 1 went north and east over the median barrier and struck vehicle 2 stopped in traffic. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 12/17/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on interstate in lane 1 of 3. For unknown reason, vehicle drifted off left side of road into the grass median, went airborne and struck the bridge pillar. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 87 died on 12/16/11 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on highway. Vehicle 1 proceeded to turn east onto highway. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in a front impact.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 20 died on 12/16/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road, over-corrected and went off road on the west. Vehicle 1 then struck a pole, rolled multiple times which then ejected both occupants. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 19 died on 12/12/11 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on road. Vehicle 2 was traveling southbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at stop sign at street intersection and drove in front of vehile 2 on street. Vehicle 2 impacted right side of vehicle 1 in intersection of streets. Both vehicles exited the street, south of intersection and rolled over in southbound ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 57 died on 12/11/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 eastbound in the right lane of highway. Vehicle 1 changed to the left lane in an attempt to pass vehicle 2. For an unknown reason, vehicle 1 lost control. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 on the driver's side. Vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 went into the south ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled and came to rest on its top. Vehicle 2 struck a guardrail and came to a stop.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 12/10/11 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on interstate, and vehicle 2 was northbound on interstate. The driver of vehicle 1 lost control for unknown reasons, causing vehicle 1 to cross the median and strike vehicle 2 head-on. Vehicle 1 then struck the outside barrier wall, and caught on fire. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 12/9/11 in Lyon Co as a result of driving vehicle 1 at a high rate of speed which crashed into vehicle 2 and 3.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 12/8/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 on passenger side. Both vehicles came to rest on north shoulder. Safety restraint was used.

Unknown location in vehicle, female age 16 died on 12/7/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle traveling south on interstate flyover. Vehicle 1 lost control, struck a post, slid across the ramp rom eastbound interstate to eastbound flyover and struck another post. Vehicle 1 rolled down an embankment ejecting the occupants. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 80 died on 12/6/11 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound in southbound lanes and collided with the trailer of vehicle 2 (semi) and came to rest in the median. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 31 died on 12/3/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on interstate and failed to negotiate a curve. Vehicle struck barrier wall and overturned once. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, female age 74 died on 12/3/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 stopped in traffic southbound on street. Vehicle 2 southbound on street failed to stop striking vehicle 1 from the rear. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 12/2/11 in Woodson Co as a result of vehicle found head-on with a tree.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 73 died on 11/30/11 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 2 southbound on street when vehicle 1 ran the stop sign and caused a collision.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 54 died on 11/29/11 in Jewell Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway pulling a new field cultivator. Vehicle 1 drifted across the center line and struck the field cultivator being pulled by vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, female age 11 died on 11/25/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle southbound on street. Vehicle 2 was westbound on street running the red light and colliding with vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 then struck the traffic light pole and vehicle 3 which was eastbound on street stopped in left turn lane. Vehicle 3 was pushed into vehicle 4 stopped behind vehicle 3. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 11/21/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when the vehicle skidded off the roadway and rolled over. The driver and ony occupant was ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 74 died on 11/19/11 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street and, for an unknown reason, left the east side of the roadway. Vehicle 1 traveled through a yard and struck a pole. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 62 died on 11/16/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on street. Vehicle 1 struck a mailbox attached to a post near the curb. Vehicle 1 continued northbound, crossing lanes into southbound traffic, striking vehicle 2 who was traveling southbound. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 11/16/11 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle 2 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was westbound on road. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at a stop sign and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 77 died on 11/14/11 in Chautauqua Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to make a complete stop at the intersection and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 6 of vehicle 1, female age 9, died on 11/14/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 and vehicle 3 were northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 crossed the grass median and collided with vehicle and 3 had-on. Vehicle 1 rolled. Safety restraints were used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 63 died on 11/13/11 in Sumner Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound. Vehicle 2 traveling southbound. Vehicle 1 crossed center and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 28 died on 11/10/11 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on woodside, over corrected after passing a vehicle, crossing the centerline and leaving the roadway to the left. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 85 died on 11/10/11 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 leaving the roadway, backing onto roadway and crossing to south ditch. Vehicle 1 struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 69 died on 11/8/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 1 went off roadway to left, through ditch and struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 2 died on 11/6/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving southbound on street making left turn to eastbound street, when it struck Pedestrian 2 walking northbound on street crossing street.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 22, died on 11/5/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 swerving to the right, overcorrected back to the left, went off the road into the median, rolled and came to rest on its wheels. The passenger was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 11/5/11 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street, failed to stop for the train that was traveling south, the train then struck vehicle 1 on the passenger door. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 22 died on 11/5/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street fleeing from law enforcement. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 which struck vehicle 3 and a traffic signal. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 4. Vehicle 3 hit the utility pole. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 39 died on 11/3/11 in Wabaunsee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on interstate, lost control, left roadway and crossed the median, was then struck by eastbound vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 11/3/11 in Sumner Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 passed another vehicle in the same direction. Vehicle 1 was pulling back into his lane, hit gravel and overturned into south ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 86 died on 11/3/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on street. Vehcle 2 ulled out in front of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 11/1/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbund, lost control and struck a barrier overturning. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 67 died on 10/25/11 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle westbound on interstate and left the roadway to the right of runknown reason and came to rest in the north ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 68 died on 10/30/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 2 stopped for a red light northbound on highway and street. Vehicle 1 failed to stop for traffic at the red light and struck the rear of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 25 died on 10/29/11 in Atchison Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway. Driver lost control and went off into south ditch and crashed.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 57 died on 10/25/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound in left lane. Vehicle 1 left the south shoulder of westbound lanes for an unknown reason and impacted the center concrete barrier wall. The impact caused vehicle 1 to go up and over the center concrete barrier wall and over turned. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 68 died on 10/22/11 in Wallace Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) westbound on road. Vehicle 2 was southbound on road. Vehicle 1 failed to yield and vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 on the driver's side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 10/17/11 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway when it struck a deer in the roadway. Driver 1 then lost control, hit the guardrail on the south side of highway, and rolled down the embankment. Driver 1 was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 10/15/11 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 tuned into vehicle 2 while making a left hand turn onto the turnpike, striking vehicle 2 in the driver's side door. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 18 died on 10/14/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on interstate, attempting to exit to eastbound. Vehicle 1 failed to negotiate the curve and struck the bridge rail. Driver one was ejected off the motorcycle.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 64 died on 10/13/11 in Mitchell Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and left the east side of the roadway. Driver overcorrected and vehicle crossed back across the highway into west ditch. Vehicle rolled approximately 3 times. Vehicle came to rest on its top in the west ditch. Safety restraints were used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 10 died on 10/8/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on interstate. Driver lost control of vehicle, struck the guard rai on the south side of the road and then rolled, coming to rest on all 4 wheels.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 26 died on 10/8/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Vehicle 1 left the roadway to the right while sliding and the passenger's door struck a power pole. Vehicle 1 spun into a nearby driveway.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 50 died on 10/7/11 in Lane Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle entered south ditch of highway and came to rest on railroad tracks. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 10/6/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street, left the roadway and struck a building. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 77 died on 10/2/11 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Driver 1 failed to negotiate curve in the roadway. Vehicle 1 struck the guardrail on the right shoulder. Vehicle 1 continued on, overturning in the right ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 64 died on 10/2/11 in Morton Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, driver lost control of vehicle, over corrected then went left of center, over corrected again and rolled. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 16 died on 10/1/11 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle entered the south ditch and slid broadside into a power pole on the driver's side door. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 54 died on 9/30/11 in Miami County as a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on road, ran off west side of the road, then struck a fence. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 23 died on 9/23/11 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound and vehicle 2 northbound on road. For an unknown reason, vehicle 1 went left of center striking vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 42 died on 9/23/11 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and failed to manage a left curve. Vehicle 1 left the roadway, rolled and the driver was ejected. Safety shoulder belt only was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 32 died on 9/21/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 on ramp from street fo southbound interstate. Driver 1 lost control. Vehicle 1 and Driver 1 became separated. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1. Vehicle 3 struck vehicle 4 while avoiding driver 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 67,
Driver of vehicle 3, female age 21 died on 9/21/11 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicles 2 and 3 were southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line and struck the side of vehicle 2 and hit vehicle 3 head on. Vehicle 1 came to rest on the east side of highway. Vehicle 2 came to rest on the shoulder on the left. Vehicle 3 came to rest on the west side of highway. Safety restraints were used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 56 died on 9/21/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound in right lane and drifted into the left lane striking vehicle 2 which was southbound. Driver 1 overcorrected twice. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and overturned. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 51 died on 9/19/11 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 struck the rear of vehicle 2. Safety equipment was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 33 died on 9/17/11 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 traveling east on highway when vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the rear. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 88 died on 9/17/11 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle lost control due to wet roadways and entered the north ditch. Vehicle 1 then hit a driveway entrance and rolled into a tree coming to rest on its top, on top of a tree. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 9/14/11 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving northbound on road entering the intersection of road. Vehicle 2 was driving westbound on road entering the same intersection as vehicle 1. Both vehicles entered and met at the intersection and collided. Both vehicles spun out of the intersection and went into the northwest ditch. Vehicle 1 came to rest on the side. Vehicle 2 came to rest on the wheels. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 39 died on 9/12/11 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1 and 2 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 had a rapid air loss event on the left rear tire while it was in the inside lane. driver 1 turned across the outside northbound lane and was struck broadside by vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 62 died on 9/12/11 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when the trailer being pulled started to sway back and forth on the roadway, driver lost control and slid off a bridge. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 9/11/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle drifted across the eastbound lane. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway and drove onto the south shoulder to avoid vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 by the driver side door. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the westbound lane facing west. Vehicle 2 came to rest on the south shoulder facint east. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 39 died on 9/11/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 2 stopped at the intersection and waiting for the traffic light to change to green. Vehicle 1, which was traveling westbound on street, struck the rear of vehicle 2. Safety protection was used on head.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 46 died on 9/4/11 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when Driver 1 went off road right, driving on shoulder, crossing road, rolling vehicle1 and came to rest in the northeast ditch at intersection of two streets. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 9/4/11 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 2 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was westbound on road. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at stop sign and entered into path of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian died on 9/3/11 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Pedestrian 1 was located in the roadway. Vehicle 1 struck pedestrian 1. Vehicle 1 came to rest south of pedestrian.

Driver of vehicle 1 (ATV), male age 66 died on 9/3/11 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 and its driver located in the west ditch just north of road.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), female age 48 died on 9/3/11 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 stopped in the lane of traffic waiting to turn; vehicle 2 ran into back of vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 28 died on 9/3/11 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on road when Driver 1 applied brakes too late and skidded through a stop sign and a railroad crossing sign. Unit 2 (train) collided with vehicle 1 as it entered the railroad crossing. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 66 died on 9/3/11 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 and its driver was located in the west ditch just north of a road. Safety equipment was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 48 died on 9/2/11 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on road when it left the roadway. The driver overcorrected the vehicle causing it to slide out of control and cross both lanes of travel. Vehicle 1 entered the south ditch then vaulted multiple times, ejecting the driver. Vehicle 1 left the roadway, entered the north dtich, went airborn after striking a driveway and touching down. Vehicle 1 then traveled to an east tree line, striking a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), female age 19 died on 9/1/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle northbound on street at a high rate of speed. Vehicle struck a curb on west side of the roadway and both occupants were ejected.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 32 died on 8/28/11 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound at a high rate of speed without headlight on. Driver 1 was not able to negotiate the left turn and struck the curb. Safety protection was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 91 died on 8/28/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbund on street. Driver 1 hit accelerator stuck and lost control of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck pole for street light on corner. Safety restraint was used.

Fatality on 8/28/11 in Dickinson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on the railroad tracks and vehicle 2 southbound on road. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 on the passenger side, vehicle 1 rolled after exiting the tracks.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 23, died on 8/28/11 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 and 2 northbound on highway in the right lane. Vehicle 1 approached vehicle 2 at a high rate of speed and struck the trailer attached to vehicle 2. Driver 1 was thrown frm the motorcycle. Safety protection was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 8/27/11 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1, westbound, left roadway, traveled up levee, and traveled airborne. Driver of vehicle 1 was ejected upon impact. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 43 died on 8/26/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 and 2 traveling north on street. Vehicle 2 was in front of vehicle 1 and proceeded to make a left hand turn into a private driveway. Vehicle 1 attempte to pass vehicle 2 on the left in southbound lanes and struck vehicle 2. Eye protection was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 81 died on 8/24/11 in Marshall Co as a result of both vehicles westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling on the right shoulder of the road. Vehicle 1 changed lanes to the passing lane. On approaching the intersection vehicle 2 made a left hand turn in front of vehicle 1, impact occurred. Safety restraint use was unknown.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 81 died on 8/24/11 in Marshall Co as a result of both vehicles westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling on the right shoulder of the road. Vehicle 1 changed lanes to the passing lane. On approaching the intersection, vehicle 2 made a lefthand turn in front of vehicle 1 and impact occurred.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 70 died on 8/23/11 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drove off the right side of the roadway and struck a guardrail. Vehicle 1 crossed highway going over the top of the other guardrail, causing vehicle 1 to hit an embankment. Then vehicle 1 rolled onto it's top. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 36 died on 8/23/11 in Rice Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 1 made a slow drift off north side of roadway. Driver 1 overcorrected and vehicle became unstable rolling 3 times before coming to rest on vehicle top. Driver 1 was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 87 died on 8/23/11 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 stopped and facing southbound at the stop sign on street at highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was traveling westbound on highway. dRiver of vehicle 1 apparently did not see vehicle 2 and pulled out in front of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was unable to avoid vehicle 1 and struck vehicle 1 in the driver's side door. Safety restraint was unknown.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 87 died on 8/23/11 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 which was stopped and facing southbound at the stop sign on street at a highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling westbound on highway. Driver of vehicle 1 apparently didn't see vehicle 2 and pulled out in front of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was unable to avoid vehicle 1 and struck vehicle 1 in the driver's side door. Safety restraint used was unknown.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 85 died on 8/21/11 in Phillips Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield the right of way to vehicle 2 as it attempted to make a left hand turn onto highway. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (tractor), male age 67 died on 8/17/11 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 (tractor) from behind. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 80 died on 8/17/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Vehicle 1 struck the north curb and veered into eastbound lanes colliding with vehicle 2 and over south curb striking a fence.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 47 died on 8/15/11 in Morton Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road when the right side of vehicle went off the right edge of the roadway. When vehicle 1 went off the edge it rolled once landing on its wheels. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male ge 69 died on 8/15/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling north on street. Driver 1 apparently lost control on vehicle 1 and entered the east ditch. Vehicle 1 continued out of control, sliding sidewys into a curve caution sign and a mailbox in front of residence. Vehicle 1 vaulted across the driveway, ejecting driver 1 from the occupant area. Vehicle 1 conttinued north into creek and driver 1 was airborne across the creek. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 39 died on 8/14/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on road when it left the roadway and began traveling through the western ditch. The vehicle continued northbound and struck a culvert and possibly became airborne. The vehicle eventually overturned, came to rest and was completely engulfed. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 71 died on 8/13/11 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on county road. It failed to yield the right of way to vehicle 2, which was northbound on county road. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 and both left the road at the northeast corner of the intersection and entered the ditch. Both vehicles came to rest on the wheels. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male ge 75 died on 8/12/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 leaving the roadway and striking a fence, house and tree. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), female age 65 died on 8/11/11 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 failing to negotiate a curve at road intending to go straight on next road. Vehicle 1 made the curve then left the roadway driving down a ditch. Vehicle 1 struck a county road sign and was ejected from vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 42 died on 8/9/11 in Edwards Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Coming out of the curves, vehicle 1 went into the south ditch, lost control and went into the north ditch causing the vehicle to flip and hit a light pole. The vehicle landed on its roof with the driver under the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 8/6/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on westbound lanes on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 8/6/11 in Rice Co as a result of vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed, eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 entered the westbound lanes of highway, colliding head-on with vehicle 2 (semi).

Passenger of car trailer, male age 34 died on 8/6/11 in Wabaunsee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southwest on street, accelerated after exiting alleyway. Passenger was sitting on rail side of trailer. Cole fell backwards striking his head on the pavement.

Driver 1 of vehicle 1, female age 20 died on 8/5/11 in Brown Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Driver 1 lost control of vehicle 1, left the roadway and rolled. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 14 died on 8/5/11 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on street. Vehicle 1 was swerving back and forth on the roadway. Vehicle 1 lost control and left the roadway folling his vehicle and the vehicle caught on fire. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 44 died on 8/4/11 in Linn Co as a result of vehicle 1 entering onto highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. As vehicle 2 was passing vehicle 1 in the passing lane, vehicle 1 switched lanes side-swiping vehicle 2, causing vehicle 2 to rotate clockwise, slide across the inside lane of traffic, across the southbound shoulder, enter into the southbound ditch, rolling 2.5 times and coming to rest on the driver's side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 8/3/11 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 going left of center striking vehicle 2 within mile post on highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 8/2/11 in Bourbon Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2, 3, 4, 5 were northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 head on and bounced off. Debris struck vehicle 3, vehicle 1 sideswiped vehicle 4 and 5. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 20 died on 8/2/11 in Pawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center into the south ditch contiued westbound in the south ditch coming to a culvert. Motorcycle hit the culvert, became airborne and traveled several hundred feet throwing the driver and the motorcycle coming to rest in the south ditch.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 8/1/11 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Driver 1 lost control in the sand and overcorrected. Vehicle 1 rolled ejecting the passenger. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 23 died in Lyon Co as result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. The roadway curves to the northwest and vehicle #1 continued straith. Vehicle 1 went off the roadway. Driver lost control and was ejected from motorcycle and vehicle flipped over an unknown number of times. Safety protection was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 7/24/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 turning southbound onto street from westbound highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield and was struck by vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 29 died on 7/22/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 leaving the roadway, causing it to roll several times. Vehicle 1 was southbound at the time. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 17 died on 7/19/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway in the westbound lane. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway also in the westbound lanes. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 (semi) around the number 2 axle on the driver side. Vehicle 2 lost control turned onto passenger side and trailer number 2 detached and came to rest in the north ditch. Vehicle 2 and trailer number 1 came to rest on the passenger side across both driving lanes facing south. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels facing nortn in the eastbound lane. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 62 died on 7/17/11 in Sedgwick co as a result of vehicle northbound on interstate and left the roadway for an unknown reason. Vehicle entered the median and rolled, ejecting the driver.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 7/12/11 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle 2 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was southbound on highway approached the rear of a semi-tractor trailer, attempted to pass and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 35 died 7/11/11 in Comanche Co as a result of vehicle southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 veered into vehicle 2 and they collided nearly head-on. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the west ditch facing west. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the east ditch facing north. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 90 died on 7/11/11 in Chautauqua Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway passing another vehicle. After passing a vehicle, for an unknown reason driver of vehicle 1 entered the south ditch. Vehicle 1 continued eastbound in the ditch until it struck a concrete culvert and overturned, coming to rest on its top. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 7/9/11 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, and vehicle 2 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 42 died on 7/6/11 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 2 (semi) southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 wasnorthbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drove left of center for an unknown reason and the vehicles collided. Vehicle 2 went into the west ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled into the east ditch. Driver 1 was ejected.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 7/3/11 in Comanche Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, left the road going into the west ditch. Driver then crossed road again going into the east ditch and rolled the vehicle coming to rest on its wheels facing west. Both driver and passenger were ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 36 died on 7/7/11 in Sedgwick Co as result of vehicle westbound on street approaching a street. Vehicle continued through "T" intersection at street, entering the grass, striking a pole and two trees. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 44 died on 7/1/11 in Lane Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway when it drifted off the north side of the road. Driver 1 overcorrected and the vehicle rolled multiple times before coming to rest facing southeast on the south side of the road. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 85 died on 6/31/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 turning west on highwa when vehicle 1 did not see vehicle 2 traveling east on highway. Vehicle 2 hit vehicle 1 on driver side. Vehicle 1 failed to yield right-of-way. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male ge 52 died on 6/26/11 in Ness Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and entered the west ditch. Vehicle 1 then came back onto the roadway and lost control, entering the west ditch again, rolling 1-1/2 times, coming to rest on its top. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 48 died on 6/25/11 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound in the southbound lane on road. Vehicle tried to maneuver back into the northbound lane. Vehicle broke loose on the gravel. Driver over-corrected causing vehicle to rotate 180 degrees sliding into the west ditch. Vehicle rolled 3 complete times landing on all four tires. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 6/22/11 in Phillips Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound; vehicle 2 was westbound. Vehicle 1 traveled left of center, striking vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 1 came to rest facing southwest on its wheels on south shoulder. Vehicle 2 overturned and came to rest on its top facing southeast in the north ditch.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 6/19/11 in Trego Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 entered the north ditch, striking a delineator post. Vehicle 1 re-entered the roadway and rolled several atimes before coming to rest on its top in the south ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 28 died on 6/25/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street in inside lane. Vehicle 2 made a southbound turn from steet onto southbound street hitting vehicle 2 in front driver's side fender.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 43 died on 6/15/11 in Greenwood Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was traveling westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line for an unknown reason and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 6/11/11 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on interstate. The left tire entered the median and the driver corrected and came back on the roadway. The vehicle then entered a broad side skid, crossed the roadway and struck the guardrail. The vehicle then overturned and the driver was ejected. The vehicle came to rest on its top facing southeast. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 31 died on 6/10/11 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. For an unknown reason, vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female died on 5/31/11 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, the second vehicle behind vehicle 2. An object fell from vehicle 2 and was struck by vehicle 3, which was eastbound on highway. The struck object was thrown into vehicle 1.

Occupant of vehicle 2, male age 17 died on 5/30/11 in Ellsworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on interstate when driver lost control and vehicle rolled into the center median ejecting several passengers. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 17 died on 5/29/11 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on road. Vehicle 1's driver side tires went into the south ditch. Vehicle 1 came back onto the roadway and skidded into the south ditch agai striking a parked road grader. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 5 of vehicle 2, male age 23 died on 5/28/11 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 2 eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on road behind vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 stopped to turn north on street and was struck from behind by vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, female age 45 died on 5/27/11 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 2 northeast on highway. Vehicle 1 was northbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at stop sign, entered highway and hit the right front of vehicle 2 with the front center of vehicle 1. Both vehicles came to a rest in the center of the roadway. Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 30 died on 5/26/11 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road and stopped at a stop sign on the south side of the intersection. Vehicle 2 was westbund on road. Vehicle 2 was westbound on road. Vehicle 1 pulled into the intersection and vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the passenger side.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female died on 5/26/11 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west on street when the passenger side tires left the roadway to the right and struck a cement culvert which caused vehicle 1 to roll onto it's top.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 54 died on 5/24/11 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 being pursued on highway by police and sheriff. Vehicle 1 turned south into a field east of highway. Vehicle 1 left the field into brush and went down an embankment, flipping onto its top in a creek.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 74 died on 5/23/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 5/23/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 westbound on highway in the outside lane. Vehicle 1 was traveling at a high rate of speed and rear ended vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 left the roadway and came to rest in a wheat field. Vehicle 1 left the roadway, overturned several times coming to rest in the wheat field on its top. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 52 died on 5/23/11 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 swerved to the right to avoid traffic that was slowing down. Driver 1 lost control, crossed the center line and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 32 died on 5/23/11 in Jackson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on road when vehicle 1 left roadway to the right side, turned back left going across road and going into the north ditch on the passenger side causing vehicle 1 to roll into a field and through barbed wire fence. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 5/22/11 in Sherman Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle went into the south ditch, rolling approximately 2 times into a wheatfield ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 83 died on 5/21/11 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Driver 1 slowly started drifting into oncoming trffic and hit the Dairy Queen sign. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 68 died on 5/20/11 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went off the north side of the road and drove in the ditch and struck a field access. The vehicle rolled several times and came to rest in a field. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 1 of vehicle 1, male died on 5/20/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on street, left the roadway north of the intersection and struck a tree.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 19 died on 5/19/11 in Greenwood Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was occupying right outside lane. Vehicle 1 was attempting to pass eastbound traffic. Driver 1 lost control before re-entering eastbound lane and traveled into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 collided in the outside lane of the westbound lanes. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 37 died on 5/18/11 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. For an unknown reason, vehicle 1 left the roadway on the west side, striking an embankment to a driveway. Vehicle 1 appeared to have been airborne and overturned at least once before coming to rest on its wheels facing southwest in a field. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male died on 5/17/11 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle northbound on street. Occupant 2 jumped out of vehicle 1 while moving.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 28 died on 5/16/11 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 1 lost control and slid into west ditch. Eye protection was used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 5/12/11 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and attempted to pass another vehicle. A semi was coming southbound. Vehicle 1 jerked back into the northbound lanes, overcorrected and entered the east ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled twice, ejecting both occupants. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 82 died on 5/10/11 in Barton Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center for unknown reason and struck left front and side of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 68 died on 5/10/11 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 3 eastbound on street and vehicle 2 westbound on street. Vehicle 1 attempted a U-turn and struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 lost control, crossed the center line and struck vehicle 3 head-on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 5/10/11 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on road at a high rate of speed. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line of road on a curve and then back across the road and into the east ditch. Driver 1 tried to correct vehicle 1 causing vehicle 1 to roll several times. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 36 died on 5/9/11 in Elk Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and driver drove off the right edge of the roadway and overcorrected. Vehicle 1 rolled over on its top and came to rest on its top facing northbound. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 5/8/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road and lost control. Vehicle 1 ran off the road on the left, struck a curb and a tree before coming to rest. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 76 died on 5/7/11 in Chase Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west, turning south and trying to cross tracks at RR crossing. Driver 1 did not look to west, watching to east pulled in front of eastbound train. Train was not able to make a stop to avoid vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 49 died on 5/6/11 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on interstate. While passing a semi, the driver of vehicle 1 lost control and rolled the vehicle in the median. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 80 died on 5/6/11 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound in westbound highway lanes. Vehicle 3 had passed vehicle 2 and observed vehicle 1 traveling towards them. Vehicle 3 slowed and began to move into right lane to avoid contact. Vehicle 2 made avoidance manuever around vehicle 3 and over-corrected swerving back into south lane where vehicle 1 collided with the front right corner of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 5/3/11 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle eastbound on highway, vehicle went off the south side of the road, vehicle over-corrected back onto the highway, vehicle then went back into the south ditch, vehicle entered the highway again and rolled entering the north ditch. Vehicle then hit a tree coming to rest on its wheels. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 58 died on 5/3/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway and made an unsafe lane change striking vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 53 died on 5/1/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle merging from northbound highway onto eastbound highway. Vehicle skidded across all lanes and impacted the ditch. After impact, the vehicle rolled, ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 20 died on 4/28/11 in Crawford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway approaching highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Both vehicles entered the intersetion at the same time resulting in a crash. Vehicle 1 pushed vehicle 2 onto the grass t the southeast corner of the intersection causing vehicle 2 to overturn landing on the roof of the cab. As Vehicle 2 overturned the driver was partially ejected out of the driver side window. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 49 died on 4/24/11 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, it went left of center, and struck eastbound vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 entered the south ditch and shoulder. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 4/24/11 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle eastbound on street, lost control and rolled. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian 1, female age 17 died on 4/24/11 in Shawnee Co as a result of pedestrian on the roadway retrieving an object that had blown out from his vehicle. Vehicle 1 struck the pedestrian in the roadway.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 4/20/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street, struck east curb and continued into a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 53 died on 4/20/11 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle parked on train tracks and struck by southbound train. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 27 died on 4/20/11 in Republic Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road which curved into another road. For unknown reason driver lost control on curve and rolled. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 4/19/11 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on the road. Vehicle 1 lost control and left the west side of the roadway. Vehicle roleld and the driver was ejected. The vehicle came to rest on top of the driver. Driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 45 died on 4/18/11 in Scott Co as a result of vehicle 2 southbound on highway, vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 attempted a left turn on road westbound and failed to yield to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 collided with vehicle 1 passenger side rear wheel. Vehicle 2 came to rest in middle of highway. Driver 2 came to rest on west shoulder. Vehicle 1 came to rest on road facing west. Safety restraint was used.

Vehicle 1 left the eastbound lanes crossing the median. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 head on. Driver safety restraint was not used; occupant 3 safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 4/15/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Driver 1 was driving in excess of posted speed limit came to rest after leaving the roadway, overtuning onto its right side, and striking two trees. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 16 died on 4/13/11 in Atchison Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road when driver lost control and vehicle went into ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 4/13/11 in Wyandotte Co asa result of vehicle 1 westbound, crossed into eastbound traffic, left roadway and struck a power pole just east of street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 58 died on 4/13/11 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Driver 1 failed to stop at stop sign aattempting to cross highway. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 on the driver's side. Vehicle 1 and 2 entered the median and rolled. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the median on its wheels, vehicle two came to rest in the median on the divers side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 39 died on 4/12/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle left the road on the west shoulder and struck a tree. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 4/8/11 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicles 1 and 3 were eastbound on highway when vehicle 1 attempted to pass vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 collided head-on with vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 went left of center attempting to avoid vehicle 1 and came to rest on the south side of highway. Vehicle 1 came to rest on the north side of highway. Vehicle 3 had no contact.

Occupant of vehicle, male age 13 died on 4/7/11 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road when it went off the road to the right. Vehicle 1 went airborn and struck some trees, flipped over and landed in creek upside down. Safety restraints were not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, female age 69 died on 4/6/11 in Wabaunsee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, drove off into the south ditch and struck a culvert. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 4/4/11 in Sumner Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle left the roadway and driver lost control. Vehicle entered the south ditch and rolled.

Pedestrian 1, female age 55 died on 4/3/11 in Franklin Co as a result of train traveling eastbound on tracks. Pedestrian walking eastbound stepped out in front of on-coming train and was struck.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 30 died on 4/3/11 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1, vehicle 2 motorcycle), and vehicle 3 traveling northbound on road when they left the roadway on the north side at a curve. Vehicle 1, 2 and 3 all struck embankments in the ditch. Safety protection was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 48 died on 4/3/11 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 taveling northeast on highway. Vehicle 1 traveled around the curve to the east of street. Driver 1 lost control of vehicle 1 due to a rear bald tire and sand on the roadway. Vehicle 1 traveled off the north side of highway and into the ditch where it flipped over and came to rest in the ditch. Safety protection was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 53 died on 4/3/11 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 and 2 (tractor) both northbound on road. Vehicle 2 made a left turn into a field entrance. Vehicle 1 was pasing vehicle 2 in the southbound lane. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Safety protection was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 4/2/11 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway on the south edge. Driver ofver-corrected and vehicle 1 crossed both lanes left the roadway, struck culvert and rolled twice coming to rest in the north ditch facing southwest. Driver 1 was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 37 died on 4/1/11 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. vehicle 1 crossed the center line for unknown reason, sideswiping vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 49 died on 3/31/11 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 2 was westbund on street. Vehicle 1 and Vehicle 2 collided head-on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 35 died on 3/31/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street went left of center and over corrected. Vehicle went into the ditch rolling and came to a stop on its wheels. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 2, male age 24 died on 3/30/11 in Barton Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway when a pedestrian ran in front of vehicle 1 and was struck by vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 3/29/11 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 went left of center and hit vehicle 2 head on in the eastbound lane. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male ae 57 died on 3/28/11 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on interstate, left the roadway striking the guard rail. Vehicle 1 continued northbound striking the bridge and traveled down the embankment. Vehicle 1 came to rest on the railroad tracks and caught fire.

Pedestrian, male age 34 died on 3/25/11 in Jefferson Co as a result of pedestrian crossing the parking lot from behind another truck and was struck by vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 72 died on 3/23/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line into the eastbound lane and was struck by vehicle 2 in the eastbound lane. Safety restraint was used.

3 Fatalities on 3/23/11 in Ellsworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes of interstate; vehicle 2 was eastbund in the eastbound lanes. Vehicle 1 and 2 struck head on.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 3/20/11 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street when it failed to negotiate curve.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 56 died on 3/20/11 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 2 traveling westbound on street when vehicle 1 traveling eastbound turned northbound causing vehicle 2 to strike vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 16 died on 3/18/11 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicl;e 2 drove northbound from stop at highway and crossover street. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 as it crossed. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 30 died on 3/17/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 stricking the median and utility pole. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 45 died on 3/17/11 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 3 eastbound on road, vehicle 2 was westbound. Vehicle 3 was slowing to make a left turn causing vehicle 1 to slam on its brakes to avoid hitting vehicle 3. Vehicle 1 spun a quarter turn left and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 3/15/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 1 drifted to the right, crossed the center line to the left, and then drove off the roadway to the left. Vehicle 1 struck a brick retaining wall. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 3/13/11 in Stafford Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound, lost control and went into the east ditch. Vehicle 1 overturned and driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 53 died on 3/13/11 in Atchison Co as a result of vehicle 1 heading east on steet. Vehicle 1 then crossed street continuing to head east up hill. Vehicle 1 struck a curb, lost control and then continued east before coming to a stop. Safety equipment was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 3/12/11 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle 1 being pursued by police southbound on street. Driver entered a field entance coming up on street then went into a ditch. Vehicle then went airborne across the road and hit the ditch on the west side. Driver was ejected and vehicle ended up in the field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 43 died on 3/12/11 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road and arrived at the crossing of street. Vehicle 1 waited for the first train to pass. Then vehicle went around the crossing arm and drove in front of the second train. Vehicle 1 was struck by the train. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 35 died on 3/12/11 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line and both vehicles collided head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian 3, male age 21 died on 3/11/11 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle 1 struck pedestrian 3 and 4 who were pushing vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 was a disabled vehicle. Vehicle 1 then struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 left the scene without reporting.

Fatality on 3/9/11 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 involved in a chase on interstate westbound. After crossing through the median into the eastbound lanes, vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 head-on.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 3/8/11 in Cheyenne Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on road and lost control on the icy road, spun around in front of vehicle 2 which was traveling southbound on road. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the southbound lanes in the driver's side. Vehicle 1 continued into the west ditch, vehicle 2 came to a stop in the southbound lane of road. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 3/7/11 in Thomas Co as a result of vehicle 1westbound on highway, attempted to pass another vehicle. Vehicle lost control, spinning into north ditch and rolled once. Driver and passenger were ejected. Vehicle came to rest in the north ditch facing southeast. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 46 died on 3/5/11 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Driver was coming around the curve and lost control and struck a guard rail on the north side of road. The vehicle then rolled and driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 60 died on 3/5/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 and 2 southbound on interstate. Vehicle 1 attempted to merge from lane 3 to 4. While doing so, collided into vehicle 2 which was in lane 4. Vehicle 1 then left the roadway to the right, striking a guard rail causing it to flip and eject driver 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 1, male age 55 died on 3/5/11 in Reno Co as a result of pedestrian crossing street from north to south. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on street.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 11 died on 3/4/11 in Sedgwich Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on street, lost control and struck the curb causing it to overturn. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 3/4/11 in Chautauqua Co as a result of both vehicles westbound on highway. vehicle 2 was following behind vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 slowed to make a right turn onto street, but then merged back into the westbound traffic. Vehicle 1 passed the intersection, then pulled over onto the right shoulder. Vehicle 2 started to go around vehicle 1, and at that time vehicle 1 made a left turn in front of vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the south ditch, vehicle 2 came to rest on the north shoulder. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 1, Occupant 2, Occupant 3 died on 3/2/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and failed to yield at highway junction and was struck by vehicle 2 which was westbound on highway. Vehicles entered the south ditch and both vehicles caught fire.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 32 died on 2/28/11 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 2 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was southbound on highway attempting to pass a slower moving vehicle. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the northbound lanes. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 85 died on 2/27/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on road when driver ran the stop sign at street striking vehicle 2, causing damage to both vehicles. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 26 died on 2/26/11 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, vehicle 2 was northbound on road. Vehicle 1 lost control on icy bridge, went into northbound lane and the 2 vehicles hit on the south end of the bridge. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 50 died on 2/26/11 in Stafford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was pulling a trailer northbound on highway. Driver of vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign at highway, causing the front of vehicle 1 to strike the left front of vehicle 2. Both vehicles entered the field at the northeast corner of the intersection. Vehicle 2 came to rest on its right side. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels with vehicle 2's trailer partially on top of vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 28 died on 2/25/2011 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway from the bridge at road when vehicle 1 lost control due to freezing rain. Vehicle 1 rolled several times and driver was ejected.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 68 died on 2/25/22 in Jackson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound completing passing maneuver, lost control and slid into the south bound lanes striking vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 53 died on 2/24/11 in Miami County as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control of vehicle 1 on icy road and resulted in vehicle 1 leaving the south side of the road and sinking in a pond. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 66,
Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 1 died on 2/24/11 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling northbound on highway. Both units collided when vehicle 1 crossed the center line and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraints were not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 80 died on 2/24/11 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 traveling on poor road conditions on opposite directions and colliding head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 75 died on 2/21/11 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road, vehicle 2 westbound on road. Vehicles collided head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20,
Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 40 died on 2/21/11 in Wilson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway, vehicle 2 traveling westbound on highway. For an unknown reason vehicle 1 crossed the center line and struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 continued eastbound coming to rest right side up on roadway. Vehicle 2 entered the ditch coming to rest right side up. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 67 died on 2/20/11 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 blowing a tire, vehicle rolling and driver ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, male age 4 died on 2/19/11 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 2 and vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle 1 traveled off the roadway attempting to pass vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the driver side front quarter panel resulting in vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 entering the north ditch. Vehicle 1 struck a tree, caught fire and came to rest on the west side of the tree. Vehicle 2 struck the same tree and continued past vehicle 1 landing on its top.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 43 died on 2/19/11 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 (MC) traveling at a high rate of speed. The motorcycle turned east onto street, struck sand, became airborne, entered a parking lot, and rolled. The vehicle came to rest in the parking lot.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 66 died on 2/18/11 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 2 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was westbound on street. Vehicle 1 approached the intersection, vehicle 1 failed to yield to vehicle 2 while turning southbound onto highway. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 23 died on 2/18/11 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 2 (semi) westbound on street making a left turn into business. Vehicle 1 was westbound on street and for unknown reason ran into the back of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 60 died on 2/16/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 2 westbound on street failed to yield right-of-way from stop sign in front of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 overturned and then slid into vehicle 2. Eye protection was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 29 died on 2/14/11 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 2 eastbound on highway and vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at stop sign and struck vehicle 2 in the driver side front. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 75 died on 2/13/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 stopped in the driving lane of highway eastbound. Vehicle 2 was traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 rear ended vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 26 died on 2/13/11 in Meade Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on county road. Vehicle 1 went into the east ditch, where it drove over a bridge embankment into a creek bed. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3, male age 68,
Occupant 6, female age 93 died on 2/13/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on street, ran a red light colliding with vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 continued in to a lot striking parked vehicles 3 and 4. Safety was restraint was not used; safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 5 died on 2/12/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle 2 was eastbund on road. Driver of vehicle 4 was westbound on road. Vehicle 1 was cut off by vehicle 4, causing driver to perform evasive maneuver. Vehicle 1 struck barrier wall and went over wall into eastbound traffic. Vehicle 1 collided with vehicle 2 head on and vehicle 3 then rear ended vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 2/11/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on highway when it lost control and collided with a utility pole. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 56 died on 2/9/11 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 made an evasive manuever across the center line and struck vehicle 2 in the side. Both vehicles burned. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 85 died on 2/6/11 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving north on street. Vehicle 2 was driving west on street. Vehicle 2 failed to stop for the red light and was struck by vehicle 1 in the intersection. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 2/4/11 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on rod. Due to the snow-packed roadway, vehicle 1 was not able to stop at the railroad crossing. Vehicle 1 slid in front of the eastbound train. Vehicle 1 was struck in the driver's side door area. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 47 died on 2/3/11 in Pawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was slowing down to make a left turn on street southbound. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway and collided with vehicle 1 as it made the left turn. Vehicle 2 then flipped into the south ditch landing on its top. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 25 died on 2/2/11 in Barton Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street, lost control, started to slide, entered the ditch hitting a tree, continued northbound through the ditch hitting another tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 50 died on 2/2/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it got stuck in a snow bank on the tracks. Driver was attempting to exit vehicle when it was struck by a train northbound on the tracks. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 61 died on 1/31/11 in Smith Co as a result of vehicle eastbound on highway. Due to the road conditions, the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle crossed over the north lane, hit a field entrance, and rolled over. The vehicle came to rest on it's top. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 69 died on 1/31/11 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle 2 (semi)was eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 crossed center and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 65 died on 1/30/11 in Jewell Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle left the roadway for unknown reasons and entered the west ditch. Vehicle struck the culvert, rolled and came to rest on its wheels.

Driver of vehicle 1(motorcycle), male age 49 died on 1/29/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street, rear-ended vehicle 2 which was southbound on street after vehicle 2 made a right turn to southbound street from connecting street. Vehicle 2 then made a lane change in front of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 then overturned and driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 1/29/11 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 southeastbound negotiating a curve on the street when driver lost control of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 continued southbound striking a parked vehicle 1 next to the east curb. The collision of vehicle 1 and another parked vehicle 2 caused both vehicles to engulf into flames. Vehicle 3 was parked in the driveway at residence also received damage due to the fire.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 32 died on 1/28/11 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street approaching highway. Train was traveling southwest on tracks. Vehicle failed to yield for the approaching train; the train pushed the vehicle and it caught fire.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 50 died on 1/28/11 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road when for an unknown reason entered the median, rolled numerous times and struck a westbuond semi head-on in the westbound lanes of traffic. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 67 died on 1/25/11 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound approaching street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 1/23/11 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street, lost control of the vehicle and went off the road causing the vehicle to roll several times. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 54 died on 1/18/11 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway and entered into the south ditch and struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 1/18/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 1 performed an evasive maneuver and left the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 37,
Occupant 6 of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 1/17/11 in Morton Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west towards highway, lost control of the vehicle, overcorrected and hit a ditch on the right side of road.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 1/16/11 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on interstate. Vehicle 1 lost control, causing it to head for south ditch. Vehicle 1 then collided with rear end of vehicle 2's (semi) trailer that was parked on shoulder unoccupied. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 53 died on 1/16/11 in Frnaklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound when it lost control and left the road on the east side. Vehicle 1 overturned in the ditch and field on the east side of the road and driver 1 was ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 39 died on 1/15/11 in Logan Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. For unknown reason, vehicle 1 entered the eastbound lane of traffic and went off into the south ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled an unknown number of times. Driver of vehicle 1 was ejected from the motorcycle. Driver was not wearing a helmet.

Pedestrian 1, female age 35 died on 1/14/11 in Harvey Co as a result of pedestrian walking southbound on road at right edge of roadway. Vehicle was southbound on road and struck pedestrian from behind.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 80 died on 1/14/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 3 stopped at the red light westbound on street when vehicle 2 rear-ended vehicle 1 pushing it into vehicle 3. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 1/13/11 in Leavenworth Co as a result of driver 1 driving off roadway right, causing vehicle 1 to strike two bridge marker signs. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its roof trapping driver. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 63 died on 1/10/11 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and vehicle 2 northbound on hichway. Driver 1 lost control due to icy road conditions and entered to pathway of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 on the passenger side. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 16 died on 1/9/11 in Lyon County as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on interstate. Driver lost control and slid through the median. Vehicle overturned and came to rest in the northbound lane. Passenger was ejected. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian, female age 57 died on 1/9/11 in Lane Co as a result of vehicle 1 exiting the field, when the passenger got out of the vehicle to close the gate. For an unknown reason the passenger ended up on the ground and was run over by vehicle 1.

Pedestrian 1, male age 27 died on 1/7/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street, attempted to exit at street off ramp. Vehicle 1 was unable to make the curve, left the roadway, went airborne and flipped end over end through trees until it came to rest.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 53, died on 1/5/11 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 82 died on 1/5/11 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 2 southbound on road. Vehicle 1 was exiting from eastbound interstate. Vehicle 1 attempted to get back onto eastbound interstate when vehicle 1 pulled out in front of vehicle 2 and was struck on the driver's side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 43 died on 1/2/11 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 which approached a tree line on street and attempted to slow down. Vehicle 1 lost control on icy roads and entered the field to the south rolling three times. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 85 died on1/2/11 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 3 traveling east on street when vehicle 4 pulled into the intersection from the street. Vehicle 3 struck vehicle 4 causing vehicle 3 to hit vehicle 2 stopped at the intersection. Vehicle 2 then struck vehicle 1 stopped behind vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 62 died on 1/2/11 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, went off of center and hit vehicle 2 which was traveling eastbound. Safety restraint was used.
