The following documents are a required part of our grant awards process and public transit planning.  They pertain to Appendix C to 49 CFR Part 37 of the DOT ADA regulations.

Please note that data collection and analysis are a part of compliance.  General instructions for properly documenting a Certification of Equivalent Service are also listed below.  Please submit both items when filing an equivalent service certification.
