Download Expedite (EBS) Software

It is requested that an EBS (electronic bid) diskette and a paper copy of your price schedule be submitted with Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT) construction bids. Your Paper bid is still your OFFICIAL bid. The EBS software is free for download. It is a Windows based program that has the capability to interface with many other spreadsheet and bidding programs.

NOTE: In order to complete a bid for KDOT using Expedite you must download version 5.6a.
