Driver of vehicle 1, female age 39 died on 12/30/10 in Smith Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road and driver lost control of vehicle. Vehicle entered the south ditch striking a field entrance and rolling numerous times. Driver was ejected from vehicle and vehicle came to rest on its wheels facing southeast in the south ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 1, male age 32 died on 12/29/10 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on interstate. Vehicle 1 struck a pedestrian who was standing in the middle of the roadway.

Pedestrian 2, female age 60 died on 12/28/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of pedestrian northbound crossing street in crosswalk. Vehicle 1 was westbound in right lane on street. Vehicle 1 struck pedestrian 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 90 died on 12/28/10 in Jewell Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound and vehicle 2 westbound on highway when vehicle 1 drifted left of center and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 12/26/10 in Dickinson Co as a result of vehicle 1 travelling eastbound on street. Driver lost control on a curve. Vehicle went off the north side of the road, flipping in midair and coming to rest on its roof. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 11/25/10 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling north on road when vehicle 1 left the roadway for an unknown reason. Vehicle 1 struck a bridge reflector pole then became airborne. Vehicle 1 then struck a tree and continued north off of the roadway. Driver 1 was ejected from vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 30 died on 12/24/10 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on interstate. Vehicle 1 crossed the median into southbound interstate and hit vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 93 died on 12/21/10 in Ellis Co as a result of both vehicles westbound on interstate. Vehicle 1 was traveling at a slow speed, well below the posted minimum, in the right hand lane. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the rear. Vehicle 1 then slid into the north ditch and rolled several times, going over an embankment and coming to est on its wheels. Vehicle 2 entered the north ditch and overturned on to its left side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 58 died on 12/21/10 in Greenwood Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at intersection of highway and road. Vehicle 2 collided with vehicle 1 on drivers side. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 28 died on 12/19/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of pedestrian on the outside lane road. Vehicle 1 was southbound on road in the outside lane. Vehicle 1 struck the pedestrian.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 11/21/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on street left the roadway and struck a metal street light. The vehicle then overturned while traveling down a hillside. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1(motorcycle), male age 58 died on 11/20/10 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway when for unknown reason crossed center line striking milepost and stop sign. Safety equipment was not used.

Pedestrian, female age 58 died on 11/20/10 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 driving in a reckless manner, hit three mail boxes, pedestrian 2, pedestrian 3 and a utility pole.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 11/19/10 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 left the road and overturned into the river.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 63 died on 11/18/10 in Rush Co a s a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on street. Vehicle 2 was traveling east on street. The front of vehicle 1 collided with the driver's side doors of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

For an unknown reason the driver of vehicle 1 lost control, the vehicle entered the median, overturned, and ame to rest on its top. Pedestrian, male age 51 died on 11/16/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, left roadway and struck pedestrian 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 28 died on 11/14/10 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 leaving the road to the right side into the east ditch. Vehicle 1 then over corrected going left of center into the west ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled three and a quarter times coming to rest on the left side facing east bound. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 32 died on 11/10/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 2 eastbound on highway at street in the inside lane stopped at a red traffic light. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway in the inside lane and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 26 died on 11/10/10 in Decatur Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line and struck the trailer of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 80 died on 11/10/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound and turning west into a driveway in vehicle 1. Driver 1 missed the driveway and drove vehicle 1 into the east ditch, north of driveway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 54 died on 11/8/10 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) was northbound on highway. While crossing the bridge over highway driver 1 went left of center and hit vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 11/8/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of driver 1 northbound on road at a high rate of speed. Driver lost control after going over crown in roadway and strikes the east ditch of road. Driver then went airborne and rolled at least twice. Driver ejected. Vehicle caught fire. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 11/7/10 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway in the outside lane. Driver 1 lost control, travelled across inside lane and into median. Vehicle 1 overturned several times, ejecting driver 1. Driver 1 and vehicle came to rest in middle of roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 2 died on 11/4/10 in Brown Co as a result of vehicle 1 pulling out from a private drive turning westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound in eastbound lane and struck vehicle 1 in eastbound lane. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 11/4/10 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. For unknown reason, vehicle 1 lost control in the roadway turning sideways, entered the north ditch and struck a stack of construction mats stacked in the north ditch. After striking the mats, vehicle 1 overturned an unknown amount of times, coming to rest on it's top west of the mats. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 33 died on 11/2/10 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was northbound. For an unknown reason vehicle 1 went left of center and hit vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 40 died on 11/1/10 in Grant Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road and lost control sliding off of roadway into the west ditch. Vehicle 1then rolled two times ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 10/31/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street in the #1 lane. Vehicle 1 went left and struck the center median barrier going into the center bridge column. Safety restraint was not used.

Vehicle 1 then came back on roadway, overcorrected and went into east ditch. Vehicle 1 hit a dirt pile and became airborne coming to rest on its top. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 10/26/10 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when for unknown reason the driver was unable to maintain control of the vehicle. The vehicle traveled off the right side of roadway and began to spin. The vehicle came back on to the roadway and overturned ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 36 died on 10/26/10 in Rush Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on highway while vehicle 2 was traveling west. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line colliding with vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 16 died on 10/25/10 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street when it lost control and entered the east ditch and rolled over. Driver 1 was ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 46 died on 10/23/10 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 reported to be swerving back and forth on roadway, running stop signs, and driving in the wrong lane. Driver then entered the east ditch, came back on the roadway and then partially entered the west ditch. Driver over-corrected causing the vehicle to over turn one time resting on it's wheels back in the east ditch. Driver 1 was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 39 died on 10/22/10 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Driver 1 lost control of vehicle 1 while rounding a curve. Vehicle left the roadway and struck a fence. Vehicle 1's rear rotated causing the vehicle to face south while traveling west. The passenger door of vehicle 1 struck a utility pole. Vehicle sustained major damage to the passenger side. Driver 1 sustained minor injuries. Pedestrian 1 was killed as a result of the crash.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 53 died on 10/22/10 in Woodson Co as a result of vehicle northbound on highway, lost control and left the roadway. Vehicle entered the west ditch and rolled, struck a tree and passenger was ejected. Vehicle came to rest in the west ditch on its tires. Safety restraint was not used.

Vehicle 1 attempted to pass vehicle 3 striking vehicle 2 in the westbound lane. Safety restraints were used in vehicle 2; safety restraint was not used in vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), female age 42 died on 10/9/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road and took the ramp to eastbound highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway to the right and struck the guardrail causing the driver to be ejected. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (semi), male age 27 died on 10/9/10 in Kearny Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway when it went left of center in front of vehicle two which was eastbound on highway. After impact, vehicle 1 slid 180 degrees to the south across the north shoulder and ended up in the north ditch facing southwest. Vehicle 1 continued eastbound and veered into the westbound lane of taffic thru the north ditch coming to rest in a wheat field on the passener side and burned at that location. Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 51 died on 10/8/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street in the outside lane. Vehicle 2 was northbound on street, turning right onto eastbound street. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 10/8/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 west on street at sign indicating curve ahead. Vehicle 1 hit guard rail on north side of road and then side swiped entire passenger side of the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 53 died on 10/1/10 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway going around the curve and for an unknown reason left the west shoulder, went into the west ditch, and overturned. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 63 died on 9/29/10 in Ellis Co as a result of both behicles westbound on interstate. Vehicle 2 was slowing down and vehicle 1 started to pass. Vehicle 2 made a left turn towards the median and had side impact. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 45 died on 9/29/10 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and went left of center. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway and went left of center trying to avoid vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 head on. There was an explosion and both vehicles caught fire. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 47 died on 9/28/10 in Comanche Co as a result of vehicle 1 (motorcycle) was northbound on road, traveled left of center, skidded out of control and hit deer. Driver was flown from motorcycle into west ditch, landing on his back. Motorcycle was still in roadway.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 49 died on 9/27/10 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on hifhway. Vehicle left the roadway and entered the south dtich. Driver 1 over-corrected and traveled back across highway. Driver one then drove into the north ditch, struck the banked road and overturned. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 32 died on 9/27/10 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Vehicle 1 swerved to the left, lost control, slid off into the south ditch, struck a fence and overturned. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, female age 16 died on 9/27/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when driver 1 overcorrected and crossed center line striking vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 was northbound on highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 51 died on 9/27/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on street. Vehicle 2 (semi) was make a left turn from street onto street and collided with vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 42 died on 9/25/10 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle 1 was driving too fast for conditions, entered the south ditch, the driver overcorrected and lost control. Vehicle 1 rolled 2.5 times and came to rest on its roof facing northeast in the roadway.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 51 died on 9/25/10 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 stopped at the railroad tracks just north of highway and road. Driver for unknown reason pulled the vehicle forward in front of the oncoming train. The train struck vehicle on the driver side door. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 39 died on 9/24/10 in Stafford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) was northbound on road. Vehicle 1 ran a stop sign at the intersection and collided with the driver's side door of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 rolled, came to rest in the northeast ditch, and caught fire. The driver was able to escape. Vehicle 1 came to rest north of vehicle 2 in the ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 9/23/10 in Marshall Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway and vehicle 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was pulling a flatbed trailer with a grain cart on the trailer. Vehicle 2 crossed the center line and struck the trailer and the grain cart, and came to arest in the ditch on highway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 9/22/10 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle southbound on highway and left the roadway for unknown reason. Vehicle drove through two fences and two fields before striking a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 9/22/10 in Sherman Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway; driver 2 was on eastbound of highway. The two vehicles met in the center of the road head-on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 72 died on 9/20/10 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling north on road and went through the stop sign at the highway. Vehicle 1 then went off the right side of the road then off the left side of the road. Vehicle 1 then skidded off the right side of the road again and over turned and ejected the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 86 died on 9/20/10 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 pulling away from the stop sign on street onto another street. Vehicle 1 then was hit by vehicle 2 as it travelled east on street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 42 died on 9/19/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 was northbound on road when it ran the stop sign causing vehicle 2 to hit it. Vehicle 2 was westbound on street.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 9/18/10 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road, when it struck a parked vehicle that was legally parked facing north. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 9/15/10 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound when the passenger side tires left the road on the north side. Vehicle 1 then lost control, traveled into the eastbound lane, and then came back to the westbound lane and left the road. Vehicle 1 overturned several times. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 9/12/10 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 2 (semi) westbound on highway and vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 on the driver's side. Vehicle 1 then went under the trailer of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Pedalcyclist, male age 56 died on 9/12/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on street while pedalcyclist was also traveling westbound on street. Vehicle 1 struck pedalcyclist from behind.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 68 died on 9/8/10 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle northbound on highway. For unknown reason vehicle left roadway into the west ditch, then struck a culvert, went airborne and came to rest on its wheels. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 4 of vehicle 1, female age 16 died on 9/8/10 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on road. Vehicle 2 was traveling northbound on road. Vehicle 1 began to leave west edge of roadway and driver attempted to steer back onto roadway and overcorrected. Vehicle 1 steered back to the right and began sliding. Vehicle 1 traveled into path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in left rear corner. Both vehicles came to rest in roadway. Safety restraints were not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 9/8/10 in Norton Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, skidded into the south ditch, went over a driveway, became airborne and rolled. Driver 1 was ejected. Vehicle 1 came to rest facing northeast on top of driver 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 1, male age 49 died on 9/8/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 debris flying out of the bed of the vehicle. Vehicle 1 stopped to retrieve the debris on the inside shoulder. Passenger in vehicle 1 stepped and was behind vehicle 1. Driver 1 backed the vehicle over the passenger who was not a pedestrian.

Occupant 4 of vehicle 1, female age 16 died on 9/7/10 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road, left the roadway to the west, overcorrected, left the roadway to the east striking an earth embankment, re-entering the roadway and rolling 2-1/2 times coming to rest on the right side facing northwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 9/5/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street failed to negotiate curve, struck guard rail, rolled over, then struck power pole and vehicle 2 who was southbound on street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 57 died on 9/5/10 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drifted onto the westbound shoulder, driver overcorreted and vehicle crossed the center line. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 head on in the eastbound lane. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle (tractor) 1, male age 58 died on 9/4/10 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway. For unknown reason vehicle left roadway and struck the guardrail. Vehicle entered the north ditch and rolled on the driver's side door. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 9/3/10 in Sumner Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road, vehicle 2 (semi) was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 pulled out in front of vehicle 2 and was hit by vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 8/29/10 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 on roadway, overcorrected and began to spin. Vehicle 1 entered an intersection and skidded sideways, rolling 3 or more times. Driver of vehicle 1 was unrestrained and was ejected through the drivers' window. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 8 died on 8/29/10 in Grant Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, entered curve and failed to steer thru the curve and ran off roadway and rolled. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 8/29/10 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle running off roadway on road. Vehicle 1 overcorrected and began to spin. As vehicle 1 entered the intersection, the front tires stayed on the roadway while the rear tires went onto the grass shoulder. Vehicle 1 then skidded sideways until the left tires deflated due to damage caused by skidding. The vehicle then began to roll several times and came to rest on its wheels. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 8/29/2010 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on street at interstate. Driver lost control of vehicle 1, left the roadway and struck a concrete culvert. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 8/28/10 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 and vehicle 3 were southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 in the passenger side, then struck vehicle 3 head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 8/27/10 in Rooks Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed the center line and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Vehicle 1 came to rest facing northeast in the north ditch. Vehicle 2 came to rest facing southeast in the south ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 8/27/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound when driver lost control. Vehicle rolled and came to rest on the west side of southbound highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 8/26/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway and gradually veered off the roadway and hit a construction sign, hit a light pole, hit another construction sign, continued through the ditch and struck a tree and a rod iron fence. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 65 died on 8/24/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 and 2 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 turned southbound onto street and proceeded to make a u-turn. Vehicle 1 re-entered the intersection, failing to yield to oncoming traffic. Vehicle 2 was in the #1 lane and struck vehicle 1 on the driver's side front and rear doors. Safety restraints were used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 85 died on 8/24/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 north on street. Vehicle 2 was south on street just north of other street in left straight lane. Vehicle 1 traveled north in the southbound lanes of street just north of street striking vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 37 died on 8/23/10 in Phillips Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway, drove off roadway into the ditch losing control of the motorcycle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 8/20/10 in Johnson Co as result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Vehicle 1 continued westbound when street came to a dead end. Vehicle 1 ramped a dirt pile and landed in the trees. Safety helmet was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, female age 70 died on 8/20/10 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed center line in the curve for an unknown reason and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used by driver and safety restraint was not used by occupant.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 23 died on 8/19/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway in the left lane. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway in the right lane. For unknown reasons vehicle 1 crossed the enter median and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 29 died on 8/16/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was northbound on road. Vehicle 2 failed to yield at stop sign and struck vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 23 died on 8/16/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound in the outside lane of highway Vehicle 2 was eastbound in the inside lane of the highway. Vehicle 2 changed lanes striking vehicle 1. Helmet was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 8/15/10 in Comanche Co as a result of vehicle westbound on highway. The vehicle drove left of center and across the eastbound lane. The vehicle then drove onto the south shoulder and struck a concrete bridge railing on the south side of highway. Vehicle came to rest facing west on the south shoulder of highway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 17 died on 8/14/10 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road when the vehicle crossed the eastbound lane. The vehicle struck a bridge railing head on. The vehicle then entered the creek bed on the east side and impacted on the west side right side up. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 8/14/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on road just south of highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling eastbound in the right lane of highway and vehicle three was traveling eastbound in the left lane. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and struck vehicle 2 on the front passenger side door. Vehicle 2 was pushed into vehicle 3 striking it on the right rear corner.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 75 died on 8/12/10 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle eastbound on highway, crossed over to the westbound lanes, ran onto the north shoulder and struck the bridge guard rail. Vehicle then continued eastbound and drove off into the north shoulder and struck the bridge guard rail. Vehicle then continued eastbound and drove off into the north ditch and overturned. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 46 died on 8/11/10 in Clay Co as a result of vehicle 1 proceeded through intersection after stopping at stop sign. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway and hit vehicle 1. Helmet was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 8/11/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 east on street, left the roadway attempting to correct, overcorrected and rolled the vehicle multiple times. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 52 died on 8/10/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street approaching other street. Vehicle 2 had been northbound on street starting to make a left turn onto westbound street. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the intersection.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 86 died on 8/10/10 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street, approaching street. Vehicle 2 was westbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at the stop sign at street and entered into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 at the intersection, causing vehicle 2 to roll onto its passenger side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 60 died on 8/10/10 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1northbound on road. Stopped at the stop sign at highway, proceeded across highway still northbound on road. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway and collided with vehicle 1. Safety equipment was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 80 died on 8/10/10 in Harvy Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and the train was traveling southbound. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at the railroad crossing and the train struck vehicle 1 in the cab. Vehicle 1 ame to rest in the roadway and the train stopped on the tracks blocking the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 35 died on 8/8/10 in Wabaunsee Co as a result of vehicle 1northbound on highway. Driver 1 lost control on a corner. Vehicle 1 left the highway and entered the dtich. Driver 1 struck a highway marker.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 74 died on 8/8/10 in Atchison Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road when vehicle drifted off the left side of the roadway and then went completely off the road striking a power line pole. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 8/7/10 in Dickinson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road and approached the intersection of road. Vehicle 1 drove through the T intersection into the north ditch and struck an embankment and vehicle caught fire.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 86 died on 6/6/10 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on street. Vehicle 2 was traveling south on street. Vehicle 3 was traveling north on street. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at the stop sign at intersection of streets. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 causing vehicle 2 to cross the center of street and strike vehicle 3 Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 41 died on 8/5/10 in Gray Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 started to pass a semi. As vehicle 1 was in the eastbound lane passing, the driver lost control and rolled into the south ditch.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 76 died on 8/5/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on interstate and drifted off the right shoulder of the roadway into the grass, where it continued eastbound. Driver did not appear to brake or attempt any avoidance manuever. Vehicle became airborne and struck the bridge pillar. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died on 8/3/10 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on road when it lost control on the gravel of the east shoulder, over-corrected and entered the west ditch, and rolled back onto the roadway, ejecting the only occupant. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 20 died on 8/2/10 in Jackson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Driver lost control of vehicle 1, moved off the east side of the roadway, returned to roadway and overturned. Driver was ejected from vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (tractor), male ae 62 died on 8/1/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street when vehicle went off the roadway at a culvert.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 63 died on 8/1/10 in Stafford Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound when a deer ran out of a corn field. Vehicle 1 struck the deer.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52,
Driver of vehicle 2, male age 35 died on 7/31/10 in Ellsworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road when it struck vehicle 2 which was westbound on road. Both vehicles rolled coming to rest in the field. Safety restraint was not used in vehicle 1; safety restraint was used in vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 69 died on 7/29/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road when it lost control to avoid hitting vehicle 2 which was northbound on road attempting to turn northbound on southeast road.

Driver of vehicle, male age 29 died on 7/29/10 in Sumner Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling south on highway when the vehicle started hydroplaning, crossed the centerline and was struck by driver who was traveling northbound. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 86 died on 7/28/10 in Sheridan Co as a result of vehicle 1 pulling vehicle 2 and southbound on highway, failed to stop at the highway junction. Vehicle 3 was southbound on highway and collided with vehicle 1 at the intersetion of highways. Both vehicles left the roadway on the southwest side of road, entered the ditch and came to rest on their wheels. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 29 died on 7/28/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway, from the highway ramp hillside changing lanes and struck vehicle 1. Driver of vehicle 2 ejeted and ranover by vehicle 3 which was eastbund on highway. Vehicle 1 left scene. Vehicle 3 scraped barrier wall attempting to avoid driver 2.

Occupant 3, female age 5 died on 7/28/10 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on Meriden Road. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck the driver's side of vehicle 1 in the intersection. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the intersection. Vehicle 2 came to rest just south of intersection. Safety restraints were not used.

Pedestrian, male age 52 died on 7/26/10 in Montgomery Co as a result of pedestrian working in construction zone as vehicle was backing to prepare to unload asphalt. Victim stepped into the path of the vehicle and was backing to prepare to unload asphalt. Victim stepped into the path of the vehicle and was struck by the trailer portion of the vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 19 died on 7/26/10 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle northbound on highway, entered the west ditch and struck a tree. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 3, female age 21 died on 7/25/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street, crossed the intersection then struck, and drove up on the raised median. While still on the median, vehicle 1 overtook and sideswiped vehicle 2 and continued eastbound. Vehicle 1 crossed the median and struck vehicle 3 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 63 died on 7/24/10 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west on highway in the north lane while vehicle 2 was traveling west in the south lane and vehicle 3 was traveling east in the south lane. Vehicle 1 changed lanes to the south lane and struck the front of vehicle 2 with the rearend. Vehicle 2 lost control, went through the north ditch, struck a tree and overturned. Vehicle 1 lost control, went through the grass median and struck vehicle 3 head-on in the eastbound lanes of the highway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 17 died in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle then lost control and went into the north ditch. Vehice rolled ejecting all three subjects. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 7/23/10 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 (law enforement) engaged in an emergency capacity, traveling northbound on road. When for unknown reason vehicle left the right side of the roadway, striking a tree head-on and catching fire. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 7/22/10 in Stevens Co as a result of vehicle 1 was traveling on highway and entered the north ditch east of county road. The vehicle then struck a culvert and flew airborn across the county road before landing and rolling several times. Driver was ejected during one of the rolls. Safety belt was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 82 died on 7/21/10 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and struck vehicle 2 which was southbound on road and failed to stop at the stop sign.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 7/19/10 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on highway. The vehicle drove off the right shoulder of the roadway entering ditch. The vehicle then struck a driveway where it vaulted into the air and rolled several times. The vehicle then came to rest on its top facing west in the northbound ditch and caught on fire. Vehicle 2 was pulling a trailer and was southbound on street. Both vehicles and the trailer rolled and came to rest in the southwest ditch on the street. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 7/10/10 in Kingman Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street when it appeared that driver 1 lost control of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 slammed into a tree row. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (semi), male age 49 died on 7/9/10 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 2 westbound on highway and went left of center. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway and went left of center in an avoidance maneuver. Vehicle 2 corrected back into the westbound lane. Vehicle 1 and 2 collided. Both vehicles were fully engulfed by fire.

Occupant of vehicle 2, male age 62 died on 4/18/10 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound in the eastbound lane. Vehicle 2 was traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 went left of center attempting to avoid vehicle. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 4/17/10 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound when the right side tires of vehicle 1 hit a sand ridge. Vehicle 1 then corrected left to the middle of the roadway and then overcorrected back to the right. Vehicle 1 skidded out of control and entered the east ditch sideways. The front left corner of vehicle 1 struck the ditch causing it to overturn. Vehicle 1 rolled 1-1/2 times and ejected driver. Vehicle 1 landed on top of driver 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 17 died on 4/17/10 in Stafford Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street, rounding a curve to the southwest intersection, entered the curve and dropped the right tires off the north edge of the road. The drover overcorrected, swerved off the road to the south and the right side struck a tree and spun the vehicle around and came to rest just south of the road. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 77 died on 4/13/10 in Gray Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 were eastbound and vehicle 3 was westbound. Vehicle 1 attempted to pass vehicle 2 on the right. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2, spun and crossed into the westbound lane and was struck by vehicle 3. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 79 died on 4/12/10 in Kingman Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 struck a horse causing vehicle 1 to strike another hor4se, enter the south ditch and roll. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2 (motorcycle), male age 40 died on 4/11/10 in Wabaunsee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway; vehicle 1 attempted to pass several motorcycles in a no passing zone, struck vehicle 2, which was southbound on highway, head-on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 4/6/10 in Ellsworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on interstate and for unknown reasons drifted into the center median striking a cross-over embankment. Vehicle 1 then lost control and rolled several times coming to a rest on its top facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 4/5/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound, left the roadway before striking a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 35 died on 4/5/10 in Woodson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on a gravel road driving too fast for conditions. Vehicle 1 lost control and struck a culvert, overturned on the passenger side and struck a tree. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 4/3/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on road. Vehicle 1 lost traction, left the road and struck a tree.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 49 died on 4/3/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on street when driver lost control and struck a tree.

Pedestrian 3, male age 25 died on 4/3/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 northbound racing on street. Pedestrians 3 and 4 were crossing the street northeast to southwest. Vehicle 1 struck pedestrian 3 and vehicle 2 struck pedestrian 4. Vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 left the scene. Driver 1 returned, driver 2 not located.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 4/2/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound, lost control, struck curb, began overturning, left road on right, struck metal street light pole, a concrete barrier wall and a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 89 died on 4/2/10 in Jackson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Driver 1 failed to stop at the stop sign and continued across highway. Vehicle 2 was northbound on highway and was unable to stop or avoid vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 broadside. Both vehicles came to rest in the median of highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (ATV), male age 83 died on 4/1/10 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on a private drive at residence. For an unknown reason, operator lost control of the ATV and the ATV left the private drive. The ATV struck a metal round bale cattle feeder. The ATV then overturned and came to rest upside down on top of the operator. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 23 died on 4/1/10 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and lost control for unknown reason. Driver 1 overcorrected and traveled across the roadway, entering a ditch. Vehicle 1 went airborn over a field entrance and rolled. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male ae 59 died on 3/31/10 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 pulled eastbound onto railway crossing and was struck by southbound train. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 3/30/10 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road and failed to yield at stop sign, was struck broadside by vehicle 2 (semi) which was going southbound on highway. Safety restraint was not used

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 60 died on 3/29/10 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 and 2 northbound on road. Vehicle 1 struck rear of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, male age 1 died on 3/26/10 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 2 eastbound on highway and stopped in lane of traffic to make left turn north to road. A non-contact vehicle, a semi was stopped westbound in same intersection waiting to turn south onto road. Vehicle 1 was behind the non-contact semi, passing on the right shoulder. Vehicle 2 turned north on the road and vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 16 died on 3/26/10 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling northbound on street faster than conditions would allow. Vehicle 1 drove off the right side of the roadway, vaulted 139 feet prior to impact, vaulted a 2nd time 60 feet, coming to rest on the right side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 54 died on 3/26/10

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 3/25/10 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road. Vehicle 2 was northbound on road. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at stop sign at road. Vehicle 1 collided with vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 32 died on 3/25/10 in Jackson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway. The vehicle drifted off onto the south shoulder off the roadway. The driver over-corrected. The vehicle traveled over both eastbound and westbound lanes of traffic where it overturned multiple times and ejected the driver. The vehicle came to rest in the north ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 3/23/10 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was traveling westbound. Vehicle 1 veered into westbound lane. Vehicle 2 attempted to avoid vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 collided head-on with vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 33 died on 3/21/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street at a high rate of speed, failed to negotiate left turn at L-intersection. Vehicle 1 hit dip in roadway with undercarriage and went airborne. Vehicle 1 struck a utility pole and a fence and caught on fire.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 61 died on 3/20/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound. Vehicle 1 went off of the road and struck a tree.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 3/20/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was partially in the left lane of traffic pulling a non-contact vehicle 3 out of the median. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control and struck the rear of vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 3/16/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Driver 1 lost contro of the vehicle and struck a power pole and house.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 60 died on 3/16/10 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and vehicle 2 northbound on highway. Vehicles 1 and 2 were going around a curve when vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 head-on in the northbound lane. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the east ditch facing eastbound and vehicle 2 came to rest in the west ditch facing northbound. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 80 died on 3/13/10 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on road when driver lost control of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 left the roadway into the south ditch and rolled 5 times across a wheat field coming to rest upright. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 37 died on 3/12/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and failed to stop at the stop light. Vehicle 2 was southbound on road. The vehicles collided in the intersection where vehicle 1 spun into a traffic control pole and vehicle 2 continued off the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 3/11/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road when it failed to yield and collided with vehicle 2 which was westbound on highway. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 57 died on 3/11/10 in Logan Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and drifted toward the north ditch. The vehicle went into a sideways slide and overturned once ejecting the fatality victim. The vehicle came to rest on its wheels on the north shoulder. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 53 died on 3/10/10 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway on the west side of the roadway, turned onto its passenger side and rolled over several times in southwest side of roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 49 died on 3/8/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 47 died on 3/7/10 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on left roadway to the west shoulder, came back onto the road, crossed the center line heading off road again to the east, traveling in to the east ditch and ending up in a field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 3/2/10 in Sheridan Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when it left the roadway on the west side. Vehicle 1 then went through the west ditch and through a pasture fence, traveling approximately 100 yards into the pasture. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels in the pasture facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 22 died on 2/27/10 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle left roadway and rolled several times coming to rest on it's top. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 51 died on 2/21/10 in Kearny Co as a result of vehicle northbound on road going approximately 55 mph, lost control on very icy curve, rolled 1.5 times, partially ejected middle seat passenger. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 48 died on 2/21/10 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and drove off the right shoulder striking a tree and fence. Vehicle 1 caught fire.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 2/20/10 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle 1, westbound on highway, slid on the ice-covered bridge. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on the same stretch of highway as vehicle 1 slid into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 hit vehicle 1 in the passenger side door. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 25 died on 2/18/10 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street, entering the ditch sideways and rolling approximately 1-1/4 times and back down onto the wheels approximately 22 feet from the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 76 died on 2/17/10 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound in the southbound lanes on highway. Vehicle 1 side swiped vehicle 2 which was southbound in the southbound lanes of highway. Vehicle 1 then was struck by vehicle 3 who was also southbound in the southbound lanes of highway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 42 died on 2/12/10 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Vehicle 2 was southbound on road. Vehicle 1 crossed into the southbound lane for unknown reasons, hitting vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was on.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 28 died on 2/7/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street at a high rate of speed striking the curb, a pole, then a tree. Vehicle 1 then caught fire and burned.

Pedestrian, male age 58 died on 2/7/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 backing out of the driveway. Vehicle 1 backed into and ran over pedestrian.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 2/3/10 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west on highway for unknown reason left roadway and entered the south ditch where vehicle 1 struck a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 1/31/10 in Jefferson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and undid seatbelt to reach for something, crossed northbound lane and struck a driveway and mailbox, went airborn and landed in the ditch, bounced forward and came to rest in the east side ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 18 died on 1/29/10 in Pratt Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway and lost control of the vehicle on the snow packed road, slid into the eastbound lane and struck vehicle 2, then hit the concrete divider. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian, male age 55 died on 1/21/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 straight following the roadway when it struck pedestrian.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 96 died on 1/20/10 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1, heading southbound on steet, crossed over raised median and collided with north side of the raised section of the roundabout at street. Safety restraint unknown.

Occupant of vehicle 2, male age 3 died on 1/16/10 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and was stopped due to a previous accident. Vehicle 2, 3 and 4 were southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 could not get stopped and struck vehicle 1 in the rear. Vehicle 3 could not stop and struck vehicle 2 in the rear. Vehicle 4 could not stop and struck vehicle 3 in the rear. This accident was result from weather related multi-car accident involving 9 other accidents.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 48 died on 1/12/10 in Haskell Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went into the south ditch, overcorrecting, came back onto roadway, crossing over the roadway into the north ditch, rolling the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 37 died on 2/12/10 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 entered the median and rolled several times ejecting the driver and fatality victim. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 2/11/10 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway for unknown reason and struck a bridge pillar. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 69 died on 2/10/10 in Linn Co as a result of vehicle 1 (fire truck) attempting to back vehicle 1 into the fire bay, in doing so trapped victim in between vehicle 1 and a parked vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 17 died on 2/7/10 in Wichita Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when it came around a curve. Vehicle 1 then slid on ice and the driver lost control. Vehicle 1 slid sideways through the north ditch, overturned and rolled. Vehicle came to rest on its top in a field facing northwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 2/5/10 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway, when the driver went left of center for an unknown reason and struck vehicle #2 head-on, which was westbound on highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 31 died on 2/5/10 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 attempted to pass a semi and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraints were used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 2/2/10 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway when it swerved at another unknown vehicle. Vehicle 1 then lost control and overturned. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 74 died on 2/1/10 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway, vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. vehicle 1crossed the center line in a no passing zone and struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 came to a rest on highway road and highway. Vehicle 1 struck a ditch, then struck a county stop sign and interstate sign, vehicle 1 then traveled across 18th road and struck a fence and then struck a power pole. Vehicle 1 then came to rest in a pasture north of road. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 52 died on 2/1/10 in Smith Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound and vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed center line and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraints were used by 2 occupants of vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used by 1 occupant of vehicle 1.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 84 died on 1/31/10 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 approaching roundabout. Vehicle 1 struck retaining wall on roundabout. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 77 died on 1/28/10 in Doniphan Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway and vehicle 2 (semi) was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck vehicle 2 in the left front corner of the trailer. Vehicle 2 was jack-knifed and overturned coming to rest in the north ditch. Vehicle 1 came to rest in middle of the highway. Safety restraints were not used by 2 occupants and were used by 1 occupant of vehicle 1.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 84 died on 1/13/10 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 2 making a left turn from street to go west on street. Vehicle 1 was going east on street in the number 2 lane and struck vehicle 2 on the driver's side door. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 17 died on 1/13/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road approaching street. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on the street. Vehicle 12 failed to yield right of way to vehicle 1, crosses street in front of vehicle 1, and is struck in the driver's side rear quarter panel. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died on 1/19/10 in Miami Co as a result of vehile 1 northbound on highway at street bridge. For unknown reason, vehicle left roadway and struck the bridge pillar. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 8, died on 1/17/10 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on street. For unknown reasons both vehicles entered the intersection at the same time. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the right front passenger door. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 60 died on 1/16/10 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield at stop sign, t-boning vehicle 2 in the passenger side. Vehicle 2 then crossed highway, rolling one and one-half times in the south ditch, ejecting the fatal victim and coming to rest in the field south of highway on the driver's side facing northeast. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the westbound lane of highway facing southwest. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 38 died on 1/16/10 in Clay Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road when the driver lost control and rolled several times in the south ditch, ejecting the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 32 died on 1/11/10 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road, left the roadway and struck a fence. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 1/12/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street, drove off east curb of roadway, crossed back over roadway into west ditch and struck several trees. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 2 died on 1/11/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 headed west on street, failed to stop at stop sign and then struck the concrete barrier on the west side of median. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 44 died on 1/9/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on interstate approaching overpass, drove into median and struck a guardrail, spun and tumbled over guardrail and fell over the bridge. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 1/8/10 in Coffey Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road. Vehicle left the roadway to the north, re-entered the roadway, crossed the center lane. Vehicle continued into the south ditch rolling 2-3 times. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 71 died on 1/5/10 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1westbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the passenger side door. Vehicle 1 came to rest in a residential yard against a utility pole and fire hydrant. Vehicle 2 came to rest in the same residential yard against the house. Vehicle 2 struck the house. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 33 died (delayed) on 1/1/10 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street, lost control on ice, struck curb, left roadway and struck tree. Safety restraint was not used.
