The annual hay-bale permit gives movers the ability to move bales of hay 365 days per year during daylight hours. Contact the Kansas Trucking Connection at 785-271-3145 (select option 2) to request a copy of the “Hay Bale Application” or to obtain other permit information.
To secure an annual hay bale permit, you should complete the
annual hay bale permit application
for each truck or truck-tractor, then fax the completed application to 785-271-3145 (select option 2).
