Hay Bale Information

Fee: $150.00 - which allows use of the interstate for 1 year
$25.00 -which allows use of the US/K routes but not the interstate for 5 years.

The annual hay-bale permit gives movers the ability to move bales of hay 365 days per year during daylight hours.
Contact the Central Permits at 785-368-6501 Hours 7:30 AM - 4:45 PM to request a copy of the “Hay Bale Application”
or to obtain other permit information.

To secure an annual hay bale permit, you should complete the annual hay bale permit application
for each truck or truck-tractor, then fax the completed application to 785-296-6558.
