Driver of vehicle 1, female age 19 died on 12/31/07 in Cowley Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound at an excessive rate when control was lost, sending vehicle off the road, through the air and into a retaining wall. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 29 died on 12/29/07 in Jackson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on street. Vehicle 2 entered highway to cross and did not yield to vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian died on 12/29/07 as a result of vehicles 1 and 2 travelling northbound in the center lane of highway. Pedestrian entered northbound highway from the east walking westbound. Vehicle 1struck pedestrian in the center lane. Vehicle 2 then rearended vehicle one.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 70 died on 12/28/07 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Apparently due to fog in area the driver failed to see and stop at stop sign at highway. Vehicle 1 entered highway and was struck by vehicle 2. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 66 died on 12/27/07 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center and struck the front of vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 came to rest facing south in the west ditch, and vehicle 2 came to rest facing south on the passenger side in the east ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 12/26/07 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drifted onto the shoulder striking vehicle 2 (semi), which was stationary. Vehicle 1 continued north, then entered the east ditch and overturned onto its side.

Pedestrian, male age 57 died on 12/25/07 in Linn Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Pedestrian entered the roadway and was struck by vehicle 1.

Occupant 2 vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 12/25/07 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway and the driver lost control on snowpacked roads. Vehicle rolled multiple times and came to rest facing southbound on its top in the westbound ditch. Occupant used safety restraint.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 30 died on 12/24/07 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 was stopped at the stop sign on highway facing east. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to yield to Vehicle 2. Vehicles collided in the intersection. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 37 died on 12/24/07 as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Driver of vehicle 1 lost control of vehicle leaving the roadway and striking a tree.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 12/22/07 as a result of vehicle northbound on highway. For unknown reason, vehicle enters the median and vaults off of highway to below on street. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 41 died on 12/22/08 in Wabaunsee Co as a result of vehicle 2 (semi) stopped in the driving lane for an accident that occurred in front of him. Vehicle 2 driver placed hazards on. Vehicle 1 then struck vehicle 2 from behind causing a chain reaction involving 35 vehicles. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian, male age 85 died on 12/21/07 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street and hit pedestrian. Driver of vehicle 1 did not see the pedestrian until it was too late and was unable to avoid the impact.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 53 died on 12/21/07 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center, drove through the ditch, struck a fence and struck a tree on the east side of the road. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, male age 73 died on 12/20/07 in Linn Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound while vehicle 2 was eastbound. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the side in the intersection. Vehicle 1 failed to stop for the stop sign due to fog and traveling on strange road. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 71 died on 12/20/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went off the roadway and into the grassy median, overcorrected, crossed all lanes of traffic and overturned. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 17 died on 12/19/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 2 westbound on street. Vehicle 1 was westbound on street when it lost control, struck vehicle 2 and then left the roadway coming to rest on its roof. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 12/19/07 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway at an excellerated speed through traffic. Vehicle 1 lost control in loose gravel on the road.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 37 died on 12/14/07 in Montgomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 struck a deer in the eastbound lane, which caused vehicle 1 to go left of center into vehicle 2's (semi) path of travel. Both vehicles came to rest in the north ditch.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 52 died on 12/14/07 in Barton Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 was attempting a left turn onto cross road and turned in front of vehicle 2 causing vehicle 2 to strike vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 12/14/07 in Montomery Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound highway and drove off the right edge of the road. Driver 1 overcorrected, went left of center and was struck by vehicle 2 (semi).

Pedestrian 1, male age 57 died on 12/13/07 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle eastbound and hit pedestrian standing in the road.

Pedestrian 1, male age 65 died on 12/12/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street. Pedestrian was westbound crossing street pushing bicycle, failed to yield to vehicle 1 and was struck by vehicle 1.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 2, female age 42 died on 12/9/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway; vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control, crossed over the median and struck vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 12/8/07 as a result of vehicle 1 was northbound on road. Vehicle 1 was struck by the train and spun into the southwest ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 2, female age 67 died on 12/8/07 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control on the icy bridge and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 12/8/07 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Lost control and crossed the median into the path of vehicle 2. Vehicles impacted in the right lane of eastbound highway then continued eastbound and left roadway into south ditch of highway. Both vehicles continued through the KDOT barrier fence and came to rest on highway parallel to highway.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 53 died on 12/8/07 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 1 was northbound on highway and crossed the center line into the southbound lane. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 ended up facing southwest in the east ditch. Vehicle 2 ended up facing southbound on the west edge of the southbound lane of highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 53 died on 12/7/07 in McPherson Co as a result of vVehicle 1 was southbound on street. Vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 failed to stop at stop sign, and was hit by vehicle 2 on the passenger side. Both vehicles came to rest in the southeast ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 67 died on 12/6/07 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound when the driver lost control and struck a fence and utility pole. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 12/6/07 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street when driver failed to make the curve and struck a tree head on. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 45 died on 12/6/07 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control and went across median into the path of vehicle 2 striking vehicle 2 head-on. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 75 died on 12/6/07 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Driver lost control on icy bridge going into the west ditch striking a tree. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 50 died on 12/6/07 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed over an icy bridge. Driver lost control rolling twice in the east ditch. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 71 died on 12/5/07 in Marion Co as a result of vehicle 1 pulling a camper southbound on highway when the driver lost control of the vehicle. The vehicle weaved in the roadway and into the ditch and rolled. Driver was partially ejected from the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 17 died on 12/4/07 in Osage Co Vehicle was stopped on highway ramp to southbound highway. Driver thought the pedestrian was completely back in the vehicle when she pulled back onto the ramp. Vehicle ran over pedestrian. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 25 died on 12/4/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 exiting from highway to street. Vehicle 1 lost control rolling several times and came to a rest on it's wheels and down an embankment. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 12/3/07 in Gray Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on highway, vehicle 2 (semi) was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of center striking vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 continued eastbound striking the north guardrail. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the eastbound lane of highway. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 89 died on 12/3/07 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound in the street. Vehicle 2 was northbound and attempted a westbound burn onto a street. Vehicle 1 made contact with vehicle 2 in the intersection. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 17 died on 12/1/07 in Edwards Co as a result of Vehicle one eastbound on road when it entered the south ditch. Vehicle one returned to the roadway over corrected slid back into the the south ditch where it over turned one and a half times. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 1, male age 17 died on 11/27/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of 2 pedestrians standing on the left shoulder against the barrier wall after being involved in a non-injury accident on highway. Vehicle 1 was traveling northbound on highway in the left lane when vehicle 1 struck the parked vehicle from a previous accident. Vehicle 1 then struck both pedestrians fatally wounding one and trapping the other.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 11/25/07 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road when driver 1 lost control of vehicle 1 and proceeded thru a stop sign crossing road. Vehicle 1 struck an embankment, overturned, partially ejecting driver 1. Vehicle 1 then came to rest on its side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 57 died on 11/24/07 in Sherman Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. The vehicle spun out and entered the south ditch. The vehicle went off the covert and hit the other side of it. The vehicle overturned and came to rest on the passenger's side. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 74 died on 11/24/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway at a road. Driver lost control of the vehicle because of slick roads and struck the overhead sign support beam off of the right shoulder. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 11/23/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 was straddling the double yellow center line road from street. An unrelated vehicle was traveling eastbound on road. Driver of vehicle 1 swerved to the right to avoid a collision, over corrected to the left, vehicle left the roadway to the south and struck/uprooted two trees before coming to rest facing north. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 2, female age 45 died on 11/23/07 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicles 1, 2, and 3 were northbound on highway on a bridge. Vehicle 4 was southbound on highway on the bridge. Vehicle 2 travelled left of center, due to ice, into the southbound lane. Vehicle 4 attempted to avoid vehicle 2 by swerving left and struck vehicles 1 and 2. Vehicle 4 continued southbound and struck vehicle 3 also. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 61 died on 11/22/07 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on road. Vehicle 1 struck a mailbox then lost control. Vehicle 1 drove into a ditch and rolled over. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 64 died on 11/21/07 in Greenwood Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi) eastbound on highway; vehicle 2 was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1's tractor sideswiped vehicle 2's trailer. Driver of vehicle 1 was ejected before it came to rest on the westbound shoulder against the guard rail. Vehicle 2 was able to stop on the westbound shoulder.

Pedestrian, male age 67 died on 11/19/07 in Sedgwock Co as a result of vehicle 2 northbound on street turning left onto street striking pedestrian.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 46 died on 11/18/07 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound, failed to stop at dead and went into river. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 23 died on 11/17/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 north on road. Vehicle 2 was west on street. Vehicle 1 ran a red light and struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 45 died on 11/16/07 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 stopped by at two highway junction. During the stop, vehicle 1 drove off, traveling northbound on road from highway. Vehicle 1 lost control, driving off into the west ditch. Vehicle 1 struck several trees before rolling. Driver 1 was ejected through the sunroof before vehicle came to rest upright in the ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 46 died on 11/16/07 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 1 left the roadway on the west side of the roadway at a driveway on the street for unknown reasons. Vehicle 1 entered the ditch and rolled onto it's top. Driver was ejected from vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 rolled onto the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 80 died on 11/13/07 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 moving southbound went left of center and hit northbound vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 11/12/07 in Crawford Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on street and vehicle 2 traveling south on street. Both vehicles collided in the middle of the intersection. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 , male age 62 died on 11/9/07 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway attempting to pass a semi in front of him. As vehicle 1 passed it struck vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 3 (semi) was westbound behind vehicle 2 and struck vehicle 1 and 2 after they collided. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 24 died on 11/9/07 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 went left of the center line and struck vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 46 died on 11/8/07 in Thomas Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle entered the median. Vehicle then re-entered roadway, overturning and coming to rest in the north ditch. Driver was partially ejected. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 56 died on 11/5/07 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 attempted to make a left turn to go west on road when vehicle 2 struck the right front fender of vehicle 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 73 died on 11/4/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 2 was northbound on street, making left turn onto street failing to yield.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 91 died on 11/3/07 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 2 southbound on highway approaching road with a green light. Vehicle 1 was westbound had a red light and was making a left turn onto highway southbound in front of vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 rolled into the ditch on the right side and vehicle 1 went into the center median. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died on 11/3/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 on street at excessive speed, struck curb, two signs, and utility pole causing vehicle 1 to overturn several times ejecting driver and occupant. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 2, female age 76 died on 11/2/07 in Miami Co as a result of vehicle 1 (semi-truck) eastbound on street; vehicle 2 northbound on road; Vehicle 3 stationary at stop sign westbound on street. Vehicle 1 failed to stop,struck vehicle 2 in intersection and continued on and struck vehicle 3. Occupants in vehicles 2 and 3 were using safety restraints.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 42 died on 11/2/07 in Gray Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on road, lost control and rolled in the south ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 18
Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 16 died on 10/31/07 in Osage Co as a result of vehicle was northbound roadway, and struck the guardrail. Vehicle then proceded down an embankment, rolled, and came to rest on its top. Driver was using safety restraint. Occupant was not using safety restraint.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 33 died on 10/31/07 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road. Driver 1 lost control of vehicle 1, left roadway on north side, overturned several times then struck a large tree. Passenger was ejected and killed. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 46 died on 10/28/07 in Cheyenne Co as a result of single motorcycle that left dirt trail. Safety restraint (helmet) was used.

Pedestrian, male age 27 died on 10/28/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of standing in roadway. Vehicle 2 was southbound on road and struck the pedestrian, then fled the scene.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 39 died on 10/27/07 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle 1 left the roadway, entered the west ditch and rolled approximately fourt times coming to rest on driver's side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died on 10/26/07 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on street, while vehicle 2 was northbound on train tracks. Vehicle 1 failed to yeild right of way to vehicle 2, vehicle 2 stuck vehicle 1 in the passenger side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 63 died on 10/23/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Driver 1 lost control of the vehicle and struck the median barrier. Vehicle 1 was then struck by vehicle 2 who was also northbound on highway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 10/22/07 in Sherman Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on road, drove into south ditch, back onto road and then into north ditch and overturned.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 10/21/07 in Russell Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street lost control on newly sanded black top road, went into ditch and rolled coming to rest on it's top. The driver was ejected. Safety restraint of occupant was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 58 died on 10/20/07 in Neosho Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway. Vehicle 1 left the roadway on the west side. The vehicle over corrected, reentered roadway and slid across the highway coming to rest upside down. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died on 10/20/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle1 northbound on street at a high rate of speed.

Driver of vehicle 1 (scooter), male age 73 died on 10/19/07 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street when it struck vehicle 2 which was eastbound on street. Safety helmet was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 73 died on 10/17/07 in Logan Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound, went left of center, overcorrected, slid into the ditch, collided with and ramped an embankment and came to rest in a field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 53 died on 10/15/07 in Anderson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and left the roadway on left side for unknown reasons. Vehicle re-entered roadway, overcorrected and veered off road again on the left side. Vehicle then struck a steep ditch, a tree line and 3 trees before coming to rest on its top. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 18 died on 10/13/07 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 2 which was stuck in the west ditch of the street. Vehicle 1 was attempting to pull vehicle 2 out of ditch when the chain being used came off vehicle 1 and hit the left side of vehicle 2 going through the left door glass and striking driver 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 1, male age 31 died on 10/13/07 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling westbound on street when it failed to stop at the stop sign. vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 on the passenger side.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died on 10/12/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west on street when it lost control in an intersection. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 59 died on 10/11/07 in Kiowa Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on highway and vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed into the eastbound lane and struck vehicle 2 on its right front side. Vehicle 1 entered the south ditch and flipped on to its top. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 70 died on 10/9/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on a road south of highway. Vehicle 2 was westbound on highway with the right of way. Vehicle 1 entered the intersection northbound continuing northbound on street striking vehicle 2 in the driver's door. Vehicle 1 continued accross the intersection to the northwest and struck a wooden utility pole. Vehicle 2 veered back to the left due to a broken left front tire assembly, coming to rest halfway on the raised median. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 75 died on 10/9/07 in Scott Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on road. Vehicle 2 was northbound on road. Vehicle 1 and Vehicle 2 collided head-on due to harvest dust covering the roadway. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 10/8/07 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on street. Vehicle 1 was traveling at a high rate of speed when it lost control, driving off the roadway. Vehicle 1 collided with a residence on street. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle (motorcycle) 1, male age 52 died on 10/8/07 in Nemaha Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drifted across the center line and hit the drivers side front wheel of vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 91 died on 10/6/07 in Cherokee Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling west on street. Vehicle 1 swerved left onto the southwest corner of street hitting a tree. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 13 died on 10/5/07 in Washington Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on highway. It entered the west ditch, struck a KDOT sign, crossed a bridge, struck a KDOT sign, overcorrected, crossed both lanes of traffic, entered the east ditch, struck an embankment, went through a barbed wire fence, overturned, and came to rest on the driver's side. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver overcorrected and came back on the highway and again off it and entered the North ditch. The vehicle rolled several times and came to rest in a field on it's driver side. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 46 died on 10/4/07 in Labette Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound and for unknown reason drove off the right side of the road a struck a tree. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 71 died on 10/4/07 in Norton Co as a result of vehicle one was westbound on road. Lost control on gravel road, and rolled into the north ditch. Vehicle 1 came to rest on its wheels. Safety restraint was used.

Pedestrian, male age 35 died on 10/1/07 in Bourbon Co as a result of an individual jumpstarting a tractor. The tractor was in gear; it started and ran over the individual. No restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 22 died on 9/27/07 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle was northbound on highway; vehicle left the roadway partially and then came back onto the roadway. Vehicle then left roadway on the east side then started a broad slide. Vehicle then struck a field road and started a series of barrel rolls before coming to rest on all 4 tires facing north. Driver was ejected. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died on 9/26/07 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 headed west on street. It went off of street into the north ditch and into a bean field. Vehicle 1 rolled 3 times and ejected the driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Pedestrian 2, male died on 9/11/07 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound approaching the construction zone. Vehicle 1 struck a pedestrian flagger and continued southbound entering the construction zone. Vehicle ignored the traffic control, struck 1 pedestrian worker while in the construction zone and then struck 1 more pedestrian worker. Vehicle exited the construction zone and then fled the scene. Vehicle 1 was located after exiting the construction zone by KHP and KHP pursued the vehicle into adjoining county, where county deputies deployed stop sticks. Vehicle struck stop sticks and tires were flattened. Vehicle stopped on westbound highway.

Driver of vehicle 1(motorcycle), male age 47 died on 9/8/07 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street at a curve and left the road coming to rest in a field.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 36 died on 9/7/07 in Sumner Co as a result of driver of vehicle running onto shoulder of roadway, overcorrecting and sliding into oncoming traffic. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 20 died on 9/2/07 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road and drove into the east ditch. Vehicle 1 re-entered the roadway and went into a yaw. Vehicle 1 rolled several times and came to rest in the west ditch. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 17 died on 8/31/07 in Harper Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway. Driver 1 left roadway and went into the north ditch. Driver 1 then came back onto the highway and lost control of the vehicle entering the north ditch again striking a culvert and rolling the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 60 died on 8/31/07 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 1 travelling eastbound on highway in the lefthand lane when the right rear tire blew out. Driver lost control of the vehicle entering the median and rolling several times. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 33 died on 8/28/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and partially left the roadway for unknown reasons. Vehicle 1 fully reentered the roadway and began to roll. Vehicle 1 continued to roll for a considerable distance then struck the east side barrier wall coming to rest facing a northwesterly direction. In the process of rolling the driver of vehicle 1 was ejected. Driver safety restraint not used; occupant safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 3 (motorcycle), male age 37 died on 8/28/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1, vehicle 2 and vehicle 3 all westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 made a lane change from the far right lane to the left, while doing this vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2. This caused vehicle 2 to loose control. Vehicle 2 started going to the left out of control and was struck by vehicle 3. Helmet not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 56 died on 8/25/07 in Hodgeman Co as a result of vehicle westbound on road, lost control and went left of center entering into a field through a 4 strand wire fence. Vehicle rolled 2 and 1/4 times coming to rest on the driver's side facing north-northwest. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died on 8/26/07 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on 6th avenue when driver lost control of the vehicle. Vehicle 1 went sideways in the roadway with the right side of the vehicle leaving the roadway. Vehicle continued westbound, traveled towards the south, turning into the driveway of street. When vehicle 1 turned into the driveway, it struck parked vehicle 2. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 71 died on 8/17/07 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound in southbound lane in the street. Vehicle 2 was northbound in the northbound lane in the road. Vehicle 1 made a U-turn and entered vehicle 2's lane of traffic. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 40 died on 8/15/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway when it attempted to change lanes to the #3 lane. Lane #3 was occupied, driver 1 overcorrected to the left and struck vehicle 2 (semi) in the right front causing both vehicles to go into the inside bridge rail. Vehicle 1 bounced off of vehicle 2 and came to rest in the right ditch. Vehicle 2 separated from the trailer and flipped over the bridge rail ejecting the driver and landed on it's roof where it caught fire. The trailer of vehicle 2 flipped over onto it's side and skidded down the road approximately 100 feet.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 59 died on 8/15/07 in McPherson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway when a blown tire caused vehicle to cross the median and hit vehicle 2 on the east shoulder of northbound highway. Vehicle 1 rolled over and both driver and passenger were ejected. Both vehicle 1 and 2 came to rest in the east ditch. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 52 died on 8/14/07 in Ellsworth Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on highway and went left of center, overcorrected and traveled into the west ditch. Vehicle rolled several times and driver was ejected. Vehicle came to rest on its top facing east.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 17 died on 8/14/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 eastbound on highway in the #1 lane when for an unknown reason vehicle 1 swerved and crossed through the grass median. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 which was westbound in the #2 lane on highway.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 64 died on 8/13/07 in Lincoln Co as a result of vehicle one travelling southbound on highway when it left the roadway and went into the west ditch. Driver of vehicle 1, female age 21 died on 7/13/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 which was westbound in the left hand lane. Vehicle 1 left the roadway, entered the median, struck the overhead sign post and caught fire. Safety restraint was used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, male 48 died on 7/12/07 in Crawford Co as a result of vehicle 1 facing south at stop sign. Vehicle 1 pulled out into the path of vehicle 2 causing it to break, lose control and strike vehicle 1 in side in the intersection. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 46 died on 7/12/07 in Thomas Co as a result of vehicle 1 which was eastbound when it left the roadway and struck the south guardrail. Vehicle 1 then crossed over the eastbound lanes, through the median and into the westbound lanes. Vehicle 1 then sideswiped vehicle 2 and continued under vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 came to rest facing westbound in the middle of the westbound lanes. Vehicle 2 came to rest halfway on the road and halfway in the north ditch facing west.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 18 died on 7/8/07 in Phillips Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on road. Driver lost control of vehicle. Vehicle swerved back and forth, entered the east ditch still southbound, struck a tree, and became airborne, rolling, and landed on its top in the east ditch. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 49 died on 7/9/07 in Douglas Co as a result of vehicle 1 stopped at intersection. Vehicle 1 pulled into intersection. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in driver's door. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 38 died on 7/8/07 in Crawford Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on highway and vehicle 2 (bicycle) was southbound on highway on the white line. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 from behind.

Occupant of vehicle 1, female age 81 died on 7/7/07 in Washington Co as a result of vehicle 1 drifting off the road and over correcting back to the road, lost control and slid off road to the east crossing side road and rolling several times. Safety restraint was not used.

While vehicle 3 was turning vehicle 1 went around vehicle 3 and clipped it on the drivers side rear then struck vehicle 2 on highway head-on. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 58 died 7/4/07 in Hamilton Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi) eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 drove left of center. Vehicle 2 did an evasive maneuver to avoid vehicle 1. Vehicle 2's 4th axle struck vehicle 1 on the driver side, near the fog line of the eastbound lane. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 55 died 7/3/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicles 2 and 3 were both northbound on street. Vehicle veered left into the northbound lanes for an unknown reason causing vehicle 1 to strike vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 and vehicle 3 then collided. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 48 died 7/2/07 in Chautauqua Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on road; lost control of vehicle, hitting dirt pile on south ditch of road. Vehicle 1 overturned landing in eastbound lane. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died 6/30/07 in Grant Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on highway when the driver lost control. The vehicle rolled multiple times into the eastbound ditch coming to rest updside down facing southeast pinning the driver. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 65 died 6/29/07 in Finney Co as a result of both Vehicles were westbound on highway. Driver 1 failed to see vehicle 2 in front of vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the rear. Vehicle 2 came to rest on the north shoulder of highway with vehicle 1 under the rear of vehicle 2. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 23 died 6/29/07 in Sheridan Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 1 traveled into the south ditch, began to skid and travel back onto the highway. Vehicle 1 skidded back into the south ditch and rolled. Vehicle 1 came to rest in a cornfield facing southwest. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 49 died 6/28/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on highway and a no contact vehicle came across both lanes of highway as it was merging onto roadway. As the no contact vehicle merged, it cause vehicle 1 to lose control, go across the median and striking vehicle 2. Vehicle 2 then struck vehicle 3. Vehicle 2 came to rest partially on vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 and vehicle 2 then came to rest up against vehicle 3. All 3 vehicles came to rest facing eastbound on outside shoulder of eastbound highway. Safety restraint used.

Driver 1 of vehicle 1, male age 53 died 6/28/07 in Mitchell Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on road. Vehicle 2 was southbound on road. Vehicle 2 was pulling a 6-row planter when vehicle 2 was struck by vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 entered west ditch through guard rail across rocks and trees coming to a stop. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, male age 12 died 6/27/07 in Ford Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on highway. Vehicle swerved to miss a deer and went into the north dtich. Vehicle rolled over onto its top and partially ejected the fatality victim. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 44 died 6/27/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street. Vehicle 2 was southbound on street. Vehicle 2 was driving at high speed; failed to stop at stop sign. Vehicle 1 was struck on driver's side front. Vehicle 2 continued southbound on street, left roadway, rolled and came to rest in field. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 82 died 6/26/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of driver 1 on off ramp. Driver 2 northbound on southbound ramp, going the wrong way causing a head on collision with driver 1. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 27 died 6/24/07 in Rawlins Co as a result of Vehicle 1(motorcycle) was eastbound on highway. Driver leaned forward to the left side of the bike. Motorcycle veered to the left and tipped over onto left side and struck a guardrail. Driver came to rest on the north side of the guardrail, and vehicle came to rest on the roadway.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 42 died 6/23/07 in Franklin Co as a result of vehicle 1(motorcycle) was southbound on highway and came to a stop at the stop sign right at the junction for highway. The driver's motorcycle shut off for an unknown reason, the driver started it again, at which time the driver lost control for an unknown reason. The driver then drove through the intersection of highway and into the ditch. The motorcycle struck the fence, the driver was ejected from the motorcycle. The motorcycle came to rest on top of the driver.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 34 died 6/21/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lost control and struck median curb.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 60 died 6/19/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on highway in the right lane. Vehicle 2 was following behind vehicle 1 and vehicle 3 was behind vehicle 2. Vehicle 1 made a lane change to the left lane and the transmission fell apart. The gear of the transmission flew threw the windshield of vehicle 2 and struck driver 2 in the head. Vehicle 3 struck the transmission debris. Safety restraint used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle, female age 58 died 6/17/07 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 was stopped on highway at roadway, when driver 1 attempted to make a U-turn and go back north. Vehicle 2(motorcycle) was southbound on highway, vehicle 1 pulled out in front of vehicle 2 and driver 2 attempted to stop. Driver 2 was unable to keep the the motorcycle upright, but no contact was made with vehicle 1.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, female age 64 died 6/16/07 in Allen Co as a result of vehicle 1 was northbound on highway, went off the east shoulder, overcorrected, crossed the center line into the southbound lane and struck vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 2 went into the east ditch, overturned onto its side and vehicle 1 ended up facing eastbound in the southbound lane. Occupant 2 used safety restraint. Occupant 3 no safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 77 died 6/16/07 in Phillips Co as a result of driver of vehicle 1 stopped the vehicle on west roadway and put it in neutral and then stepped out of the vehicle to open a pasture gate. The vehicle then rolled forward and off of the roadway into the ditch and struck the individual as he was opening the gate and rolled over the top of him. The vehicle continued northbound thru the gate for approximately 20 feet before stopping.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 21 died 6/16/07 in Ellis Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling southbound on street, driver lost control and crossed the road entering the east ditch. Vehicle 1 rolled several times ejecting driver. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 51 died 6/15/07 in Harper Co as a result vehicle 1 traveling southbound on highway when the vehicle left the roadway and hit 2 culverts. Vehicle 1 rolled approximately 2 times before coming to rest in west ditch. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant of vehicle 1, male age 62 died 6/14/07 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on highway and left the roadway entering the north ditch at a creek. The vehicle vaulted and landed on the bottom of the creek bed. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1 (motorcycle), male age 26 died on 6/12/07 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Appeared that vehicle 1 left the roadway going into the east ditch. Vehicle 1 struck a barbed wire fence ejecting driver from vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 23 died 6/12/07 in Hamilton Co as a result of vehicle 1 was travelling southbound on roadway and failed to negotiate a curve in the road. Vehicle then entered into the west ditch, sliding on the passenger side first and rolling one complete turn ejecting the driver. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 26 died 6/12/07 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Vehicle 1 lfet the roadway going into the east ditch. Vehicle 1 then struck a barbed wire fence ejecting the driver from vehicle 1. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 3 of vehicle 2, female age 12 died 6/11/07 in Cloud Co as a result of vehicle 1(semi) and vehicle 2 were both southbound on highway. Vehicle 2 slowed to make a right hand turn and vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the rear. Both vehicles caught fire. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died 6/11/07 in Greenwood Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on highway. Driver 1 lost control of vehicle 1 while entering curves. Vehicle 1 swerved into southbound ditch and overturned. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 19 died 6/10/07 in Saline Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound at high speed, slid off the road and hit a creek bank.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 20 died 6/10/07 in Shawnee Co as a result of vehicle 1 southbound on street. Vehicle drifted into the ditch on the east side and impacted an embackment next to a culvert. Vehicle 1 started to roll and came to rest in the east ditch. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 17 died 6/9/07 in Dickinson Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on roadway at a high rate of speed. Driver lost control and entered south ditch striking two trees. Vehicle was then engulfed in flames and fully consumed. Safety restraint unknown.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 16 died 6/3/07 in Pottawatomie Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on highway and drove off the west edge of the roadway; driver over corrected and went across the roadway and went off the east ditch, while airborne the vehicle struck a barn and landed on its top, with the fatality subject ejected. Vehicle 1 lost control, veered left and then back right where it went under the trailer of vehicle 2, being struck by the trailer tires. Safety restraint used.

Occupant of vehicle 2, female age 91 died 5/28/07 in Johnson Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling east on street when it failed to stop for a red light. Vehicle 2 was traveling south on street. Vehicle 3 was traveling north on street. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in the intersection, causing vehicle 2 to strike vehicle 3. Safety restraint was used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 29 died 5/28/07 in Barber Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on roadway when it left the roadway going into south ditch, then overcorrected and came back on roadway and entered North ditch. Vehicle 1 then lost control, rolled and came to rest on its top, driver was ejected. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 35 died 5/28/07 in Leavenworth Co as a result of vehicle 2 was eastbound highway. Vehicle 1 was westbound highway. For an undetermined reason, vehicle 1 crossed the yellow line stricking vehicle 2 in the eastbound lanes. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 14 died 5/22/07 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 1 northbound on street and lost control on gravel road. Vehicle 1 struck the east ditch and rolled over on to its top. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 2, female age 38 died 5/20/07 in Wyandotte Co as a result of vehicle 1 was actively fleeing and eluding from the Highway Patrol. Vehicle 1 exited onto roadway from highway northbound at which point vehicle 1 headed eastbound on roadway. As vehicle 1 approached street, the eastbound lanes of roadway were congested by other traffic, and vehicle 1 attempted to go around the congested traffic and went left of center heading eastbound in the westbound lanes of traffic. vehicle 1 hit vehicle 2 headon. Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, female age 27 died 5/20/07 in Harvey Co as a result of vehicle 1 traveling north bound, swerved to avoid a deer, lost control rolling the vehicle. Safety restraint was not used.

Occupant 2 of vehicle 1, male age 23 died 5/19/07 in Gove Co as a result of vehicle was westbound on highway. Vehicle entered median, and overturned several times. Vehicle came to rest on it's top facing eastbound. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 24 died 5/17/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 westbound on street, drove off road on south side and struck a sign. Vehicle 1 continued west, lost control and hit a group of trees. Safety restraint was not used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 40 died 5/17/07 in Smith Co as a result of vehicle was westbound on highway when it veered in to the north ditch, then coming back across highway in to the south ditch striking a concrete culvert tube which caused the vehicle to go airborne. The vehicle landed nose first in to the ground, then rolled on to its top. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 19 died 5/11/07 in Butler Co as a result of vehicle 2 northbound on roadway and was attempting to negotiate the turn onto private drive. Vehicle lost control and rolled approx 3 times and driver was ejected. Vehicle 2 came to rest on roadway on its top. As vehicle 2 was rolling either debris or the vehicle itself struck vehicle 1, which came to a stop at the intersection. Safety restraint not used.

Vehicle 1 drove left of center and struck vehicle 2 head on. (There was heavy fog in the area at the time of the accident.) Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 40 died 4/14/07 in Wilson Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on roadway when it left the roadway. The driver overcorrectoed and the vehicle came back across the roadway. Vehicle 1 overturned and slid across the roadway on its top into the ditch. The driver was trapped in the vehicle.

Driver of vehicle 1, male age 54 died 4/13/07 in Reno Co as a result of vehicle 1 as westbound on highway and lost control due to weather. Vehicle 2 was eastbound on highway. Driver 2 reacted to vehicle 1's direction of travel and also lost control. Both vehicles collided and vehicle 1 caught fire. Safety restraint unknown.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 52 died 4/12/07 in Lyon Co as a result of vehicle 1 was northbound on roadway when it attempted to pass a semi also going northbound, vehicle 2 was southbound. Due to dusty road conditions and limited visibility, vehicle 1 hit vehicle 2 head on. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 3, female age 71 died 4/11/07 in Rawlins Co as a result of vehicle 1 was south bound on highway towing an irrigation pivot and was being followed by vehicle 2. Vehicle 3 was north bound on highway. Vehicle 3 hit pivot and continued northbound and struck vehicle 2 in the drivers side. Vehicle 2 tipped onto its passengers side in ditch. Vehicle 3 came to rest in northbound lane facing south east. Safety restraint used.

Vehicle 2 failed to yield for vehicle 1. Vehicle 1 struck vehicle 2 in front drivers side. Vehicle 1 came to rest in the north ditch, Vehicle 2 came to rest in the eastbound lane of roadway. Driver of vehicle 1, female age 30 died 4/10/07 in Sedgwick Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on roadway west at highway. Driver one attempted to turn left on highway to go east and was struck by vehicle 2 which was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 then slid across the median and struck vehicle 3 which was eastbound on highway. Debris from the accident struck vehicle four. Safety restraint used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 43 died 4/9/07 in Finney Co as a result of vehicle 1 was eastbound on highway. Vehicle 2 (semi-tractor) was westbound on highway. Vehicle 1 crossed center line and struck vehicle 2 head on. Vehicle 1 traveled into the east ditch coming to rest facing west. Vehicle 2 entered into westbound ditch, rolled onto the driver's side and was engulfed in flames facing northwest. Safety restraint used in vehicle 1. Safety restraint unknown in vehicle 2.

Driver of vehicle 1, female age 47 died 4/3/07 in Seward Co as a result of vehicle 1 was westbound on roadway, lost control and drove off the left edge of roadway. Vehicle then rolled and came to rest on its wheels in the middle of the roadway facing north. The driver was ejected. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, female age 60 died 4/1/07 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1 was southbound on highway near roadway attempting to make a left turn without signal. Vehicle 2 also southbound on highway behind vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 attempted to pass vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 struck vehicle 1 in the left front corner. Vehicle 2 exited the left side of roadway and rolled once, and driver 2 was ejected. Safety restraint used.

Both vehicles left the roadway and entered the field located on the northwest corner of the highway intersection. Vehicle 1 overturned coming to rest on its top and vehicle 2 remained on its wheels. Driver of vehicle 1, male age 64 died 3/17/07 in Osage Co as a result of train was eastbound on tracks, Vehicle 1 southbound on roadway. Vehicle crossed in front of train and was struck at the crossing. Safety restraint not used.

Driver of vehicle 2, male age 42 died 3/16/07 in Geary Co as a result of vehicle 1(semi-tractor) was northbound on highway approaching roadway. Vehicle 2(semi-tractor)was southbound on highway approaching roadway. For unknown reasons vehicle 1 went left of center and was struck by vehicle 2. Both vehicles spun into the ditch and caught fire. Driver of vehicle 2, male age 20 died 3/14/07 in Riley Co as a result of vehicle 2(motorcycle) was southbound on roadway and accelerating. Vehicle 1 was eastbound on roadway and turned to go north on roadway. Driver 2 lost control of motorcycle and slid underneath vehicle 1.
