 Other Titles/Towns Worked In - In 1973, Mike began his career with the Kansas Department of Transportation serving in various positions including Transportation Planner, Area Engineer at Oakley, District Construction Engineer in Garden City and the Metro Engineer in Topeka. Mike held the position of Chief of Traffic Engineering, the Director of Operations and currently serves as the Director of Planning and Development.
