Maggie Doll, Deputy Secretary – Planning, Administration and Communications:

Maggie Doll has extensive experience leading transportation planning, policy, communication and outreach initiatives for departments of transportations and other transportation organizations across the country.

She brings more than 15 years of experience in the transportation industry working in both the public and private sectors. Doll spent almost eight years at KDOT before leaving in 2012 to work in the consulting industry, returning to KDOT in 2019.

Doll is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she earned a Master of Public Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism.

In her role as Deputy Secretary, Doll manages the divisions of Planning and Development, Administration and Communications.
