a. SPECIAL PROVISIONS. Approved additions or revisions
to the standard specifications.
b. PROJECT SPECIAL PROVISIONS. Approved additions or revisions
to the standard specifications that address conditions particular
to an individual project.
STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS - The current edition of the Kansas Department
of Transportation's Standard Specifications for State Road and Bridge
Construction.
