I-35
Southbound right lane will be closed from Quivira Road to 95th Street on Monday, July 6 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for sign repair. Project work is scheduled to be completed on Monday, July 6. (New 7-6-09)
K-7
Southbound right lane will be closed from 55th Street to Shawnee Mission Parkway on Monday, July 6, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for installation of traffic signal loops. Project work is scheduled to be completed on Monday, July 6. (New 7-6-09)
US-69
Southbound left lane will be closed from 91st Street to 103rd Street on Monday, July 6, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for removal of street lights. Project work is scheduled to be completed on Monday, July 6. (New 7-6-09)
US-69 (18th Street Expressway)
Northbound right lane will be closed from Metropolitan Avenue to Kansas Avenue on Thursday, July 2, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. for bridge inspection work. Project work is scheduled to be completed on Thursday, July 2. (New 7-1-09)

I-35
Beginning Tuesday, March 10, traffic on southbound I-35 will be switched to the northbound I-35 lanes for construction work on the I-35 and Lone Elm Road interchange. Both northbound and southbound I-35 traffic will be switched to the northbound side of I-35. Northbound and southbound I-35 traffic will have two open lanes and will be channeled through the project work zone via concrete barriers. Southbound I-35 traffic will be restricted to 11-foot width lanes. This traffic switch will be in effect through late fall 2009. (New 3-10-09)
Northbound and southbound will be reduced to one lane from Miami County line to 151st Street, Monday-Friday, between 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for a pavement marking project. This closure will be in effect through mid-September 2009. (New 6-22-09)
I-70
Eastbound will be reduced to one lane (left lane closed) beginning Monday, July 6 at 9:00 a.m. from 110th Street to 94th Street for pavement reconstruction work. This closure will be in effect through late September 2009. (New 7-6-09)
K-7
Beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, May 4, northbound and southbound K-7 will be reduced to one lane in each direction from 55th Street/Johnson Drive to Shawnee Mission Parkway for roadway construction work. These lane closures will be in effect through late June 2009. (New 5-1-09)
US-56 & Moonlight Road
On Monday, March 16, an intersection improvement project is scheduled to begin at US-56 and Moonlight Road in the city of Gardner (Johnson County). Traffic will be restricted on Moonlight Road to 10-foot width lanes. Local access will be provided to all businesses throughout the duration of the project. This lane width restriction will be in effect through late November 2010. (New 3-13-09)
199th Street
199th Street between US-56 and Four Corners Road on the east edge of Edgerton will be closed for a bridge replacement project. This closure will be in effect through mid-summer 2009. (New 12-03-08)
US-73
Northbound and southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane from Connie Street to Limit Street daily from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. for a resurfacing project. This closure will be in effect until late July 2009. (New 6-12-09)
K-32
Beginning on Saturday morning, June 27, K-32 will be closed from Nettleton Avenue to 138th Street for road reconstruction work. Traffic will be detoured onto the K-32/Sheid Lane truck route in Bonner Springs. Traffic will be reduced to a 10.5-foot width restriction. This closure will be in effect until late fall 2009.
