Project Description Commonly called the NW Wichita Bypass, this is a completed study that developed a freeway corridor location for 1. US-54 through Goddard and 2. a new freeway section of K-254 around the northwest side of Wichita, from US-54 northward to K-96. Funds are available only to identify the corridor locations and begin the purchase of right-of-way to preserve it for the future. No funds have been identified to build the new freeways.
